Worst bankers ever!!! Lazy and refuse to accept any form of responsibility for their mistakes even when they are presented in writing. Numbers dont lie but the employees at this branch do. They do not return calls and will not fix problems or clerical errors that they caused and cost me multiple fees. Last time I was there they shouted out my banking info with a room full of people that were not 6 feet apart. Do not use this Bank!!!!

Last Tuesday/ Wednesday I visited the branch and got pre-approved for an auto loan of $14000 by Theresa J Thomas, one of the universal bankers. At first she seemed very helpful and considerate. I originally submitted a car to her to check the rates on it, but she ended up submitting a loan application for the car. I found a car that I wanted that Thursday and gave Theresa the information on it to process the application. Little did I know that she edited the information on the original documents instead of creating a new application. What I thought was going to be an easy process ended up being a 5-day, 3 actual business day game of being led on to "waiting for the loan application to go through. I had to call Theresa constantly to get updates on the loan since she rarely updated me in a timely manner and she kept saying that she was "doing her best to push the application through." What I didn't know was that the application was processing for the original car's amount instead of the new car's price. I ended up missing my nieces birthday party and calling into work; which were on two separate days, because I was promised that the loan would be finished by a certain time on those days. In the end I waited around for 5 days for my application to be denied for reasons that could have easily been circumvented. I still trust US Bank, but it's within your best interest not to use this branch.
