Loved First Capital, tolerated Mainsource, really disappointed with First Financial. The puppy mill of banking rolls on....Staff less than helpful when had issues with accounts after conversion. We have 5 accounts and have started the process of moving them out. ~Joerunjoe

Man, I can't say enough how much I love this bank! They offer the highest interest rates with their vertical checking, they are so nice and helpful. It sounds cliche but you are really treated as a valued customer and not just a number. I've been a member of several banks and credit unions over the years and Liberty is far and away the best. No other institutions come close! ~Jonathan

Friendly staff and free checking accounts, but the turnover rate in employees there has left them with a full staff that is often struggling to get the job done due to the fact that they are all brand-spanking new. Be prepared to be standing in line or in front of the teller for longer than normal! Nice people though, and good certificate of deposit rates. ~Natalie

HORRIBLE BANK! I can’t give it a negative so I had to give it one. This bank held my husbands check for TWO WEEKS and NOBODY knows why. All they say is “sometimes the system does that”…BS! You know why you just don’t wanna do your job and actually look. So the whole time the check is held bills are coming out and your giving his account overdraft fees. Make it make sense. In two years of banking there this problem has never happened until it becomes Truist. BB&T wasn’t much better tho. Your staff doesn’t Know what they r doing especially the young man who deposited his check. Do us all a favor and close on down. When the check does clear we’ll be visiting Stock Yards. Don’t bother w a dumb message saying your sorry asking what you can do. Because what u can do is close and we already know you’re sorry🙄 ~Gina

Will never use the beuchel branch ever again. The metal detector kept going off. Took everything out of my purse I could think of and still went off. Their solution is to ask me to leave my purse in my car. REALLY. You have metal detectors and I'm going to leave my purse in a car to be possibly stolen. NOT THAT STUPID. ~Tammy

Worst bankers ever!!! Lazy and refuse to accept any form of responsibility for their mistakes even when they are presented in writing. Numbers dont lie but the employees at this branch do. They do not return calls and will not fix problems or clerical errors that they caused and cost me multiple fees. Last time I was there they shouted out my banking info with a room full of people that were not 6 feet apart. Do not use this Bank!!!! ~Waste
