Loved First Capital, tolerated Mainsource, really disappointed with First Financial. The puppy mill of banking rolls on....Staff less than helpful when had issues with accounts after conversion. We have 5 accounts and have started the process of moving them out. ~Joerunjoe

Friendly staff and free checking accounts, but the turnover rate in employees there has left them with a full staff that is often struggling to get the job done due to the fact that they are all brand-spanking new. Be prepared to be standing in line or in front of the teller for longer than normal! Nice people though, and good certificate of deposit rates. ~Natalie

I would give this 10 stars but it doesnt give the option too. I am always coming in after hours and this nice lady that works late is always nice pays attention to all of us waiting in line. We stopped going to the other circle k because of the poor attitudes and bad customer service. Every night after my hospital shift i come in to a clean well stocked good atmosphere late night. Keep up the good work Carrie your doing an awesome job. ~Jeanna

The staff if super friendly! I never was a fan of circle k but this crew is awesome! Miss shanté is the sweetest and I definitely owe her a fat tip! I definitely recommend. ~Isabella

Will never use the beuchel branch ever again. The metal detector kept going off. Took everything out of my purse I could think of and still went off. Their solution is to ask me to leave my purse in my car. REALLY. You have metal detectors and I'm going to leave my purse in a car to be possibly stolen. NOT THAT STUPID. ~Tammy
