HORRIBLE BANK! I can’t give it a negative so I had to give it one. This bank held my husbands check for TWO WEEKS and NOBODY knows why. All they say is “sometimes the system does that”…BS! You know why you just don’t wanna do your job and actually look. So the whole time the check is held bills are coming out and your giving his account overdraft fees. Make it make sense. In two years of banking there this problem has never happened until it becomes Truist. BB&T wasn’t much better tho. Your staff doesn’t Know what they r doing especially the young man who deposited his check. Do us all a favor and close on down. When the check does clear we’ll be visiting Stock Yards. Don’t bother w a dumb message saying your sorry asking what you can do. Because what u can do is close and we already know you’re sorry🙄

The few times that I went inside the bank to do any business with the employees they were very polite and the bank was very nice and clean. There was one male employee, sorry I don't remember his name, but he told me that he would try to remember to put the bills in order because I told him that I was "old school" and that I preferred to have the money facing in the same direction. Sorry but that would have to be my only complaint about this bank and all other bank's, and this includes the ATMs and everywhere else doesn't put all the bills in the same direction anymore.

drove over to deposit money for work account and saw they were closed on a Thursday afternoon (not a holiday/ just closed). If you guys are closing on certain day’s, why don’t you at least adjust hours on google so people can see if open or not?? Another idea: get an answering system or voicemail stating you are closed and the adjusted hours of operation. Your phone just rings and rings. It is understandable about cutting labor and operational expenses, but communication to clientele would be appreciated. Another thing: why are you only open via drive through? You all have 3 or 4 inch thick plexiglass between you and the customer indoors. Just saying.

I hate this place . The service sucks.. The ppl look at you as if they have a problem with you when you walk through the door. Deposited money into my account, their ATM messed up my deposit. So I went in and ask if they could help.. They said the guy who check the machine went to lunch. I leave my contact information. How hard was it for them to watch the video to see me at the machine putting in money and not receiving a receipt. They would have clearly saw me put money into a machine. But no, dumb lady said I had to do a claim thru my app. Only issue is that it doesn't let me.. And ever since then money has been slowly leaving my account. I have been overdraft several times when I Damn sure know for a fact that I had money in my account.. This place is a scam.. Stay away.. You have been warned...

Since when is a social security card along with an ID not proof of who someone is? I would never bank with idiots. When I opened my account in another town I also needed 2 proofs of identification and I used my drivers license and my SS card. Really????
