Rude and incompetent staff. They treated me terribly as a ‘preferred’ member. Can’t imagine how they treat all their other clients. This location is unfortunately the closest one to my home & they have me strongly considering changing banks all together.

I needed to make a cash deposit and I drove to the drive up teller and was assisted by Kathy who refused to deposit my cash because it was slightly damp I have a large debit coming through my account and needed this money deposited. I don’t know in what world a bank refuses to take cash from a customer. This is my income from bartending and event in the rain and I attempted to dry it as best as I could before bringing it to the bank but I needed it deposited and now I have to drive out of the way to the next bank. Unacceptable service.

I just moved to the area, been in the bank 3 times now and have had nothing but a great experiences. Yesterday I had an auto loan approved with Marco very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Reminds me of the neighborly businesses of the past. Thank you

Stopped here to get cash from the ATM despite not being a BOA customer. The machine took my card for no reason. Was hung up on when I called the next day, and after the 6th call the rep says the outside machines are serviced by a 3rd party. So there's no way for me to get my card. Smh. Will never go near this bank again

TERRIBLE customer service given by Jody, the Assistant Manager. We were trying to get an account number from someone very ill and instead Jody said customer needed an appointment. Jody then went into the customers account to see his activity without his permission and told client she doesn't speak Spanish and client needs to tell her in English what he needs. Very poor customer service. I will report this incident to corporate security dept.

Dreadfully I am forced to do banking for my work. I am always waiting for at least a half hour as there is never enough help at the teller line. This is the norm for Bank of America even back in Pennsylvania. This company is probably the worse financial company I have ever dealt with in 51 years. While the people are fairly nice I would never personally bank here.

Went to this branch yesterday. Around 3 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon. The line was nearly to the door, as usual. One teller for the huge line, one teller for the drive through, and one employee by the line arguing with customers as they attempt to discuss amongst themselves the consistantly long lines. As this is a problem EVERY time i walk in to this branch, I took a few pictures to show the line, with the six or so empty booths where tellers should have been. The previously unoccupied employee, seemingily excited by a new avenue of harassment beyond her standard queue argument with customers, mentions something about pictures not being allowed (inside a public lobby, where multiple cameras are already recording), then something about making a report to security. I'm not sure if the attempt to lower queues by placing a combative employee in the middle of them is the best answer, but it seems to have worked. Many customers were discussing closing their accounts. I have not had this trouble at the other branches, but hopefully this is not the business model they intend to replicate at their other local banks. When I got to the actual teller, she was very friendly. 😊
