We came into this store back in the spring. The store was so warm I couldn't wait to leave. There were a few mattresses out on the floor that were the kind we were looking for, but most of them were just in stacks off to the side. There are several options, but not being able to see most of it or test it out is completely useless. Someone can tell me about a mattress all day, but I(like most people) need to at least be able to sit on the mattresses. The girl working, seemed to be trying to do 30 things at one time. She knew all the basic details about the most popular types, but not much on others. But I wouldn't expect anyone to know everything about every mattress I might point to in a stack.

Family went in to upgrade my brother in laws bed from a twin, to a twin XL. Felt ok with the experience while at the store then once we got home and even more so after everything arrived we realized how lackluster it really was. He upsold my mother in law to an adjustable frame for the new mattress she had just gotten elsewhere. He got so lost in the deal that he didnt even show what frame she was actually getting just kept pointing out the deal they were getting and also forgot to sell them a box spring to fit the twin xl that he knew was an upgrade. Just not covering all bases made this experience go from what couldve been a 5 star to a 2 and that's only because they were honestly happy with the mattress just not anything else.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!!! We had great service some a young lady. She was quick and efficient. We LOVE our new beds and we got 2 free gel pillows with our purchase. They are great! The bed is amazing. It makes it really hard to get up in the mornings.
