Has my daughter's car done in 30 min like they said. Great customer service

5:20 pm. Not a car in the lube bay and no car in the wait area for them to service. 2 guys servicing cars one guy hiding on his cell phone in the tire room all three not servicing vehicles and one guy behind the counter helping customers. Couldn't get an oil change. Even if they have a schedule if that person scheduled isn't there the time slot should be forfeit and someone should take their spot.

BOUGHT 4 NEW TIRES HAD THEM IN WASHINGTON TO MOUNT ALL TIRES THE NEXT DAY GUESS WHAT YUP TWO FLAT TIRES IM GUESSING WHO EVER MOUNTED THEM MUST HAVE BEEN IN A HURRY OR IT WAS TIME TO GO HOME THE TWO TIRES HAD SOMETHING AROUND THE BEAD SO I DID GET THEM FIXED SO FROM NOW ON ILL PROBABLY BUT TIRES THERE AND I WILL NOT HAVE WASHINGTON WALMART INSTALL ANY TIRES EVER AGAIN. JOKER

Oil change, put under wrong name, make and model. Didnt perform oil change but charged for it.

Didn’t follow my directions on what tires to replace, They actually put the new tire on a replaced rim instead of changing one of the ones that was on the car. Then tried to justify not doing as I asked! But they were sure to bring every issue with my car to my attention, like I didn’t already know.

The woman writing people up never said hello and left me waiting 15 minutes. Then when i prompted another employee they pushed me back towards her when she finally returned she referred me back to the greeter. Apparently they do not need my money. Very disappointed.

Long wait but one of the nice old men helped me out and even looked for my special oil for my car I was surprised and he was very nice so 5 star in my book
