I have always had great service here. I recommend them for your parts needs. The only thing I do not like is. When I bring the old part in so they know exactly what I need. And still give me the wrong damn part ! This should not happen!!!!!!!!!

Didnt want to let me return an item I bought that didn't work. Said they couldn't cause it was used. How am I suppose to know if it doesn't work unless I try it. They finally let me return it but it shouldn't be a hassle.

Can refuse to accept return rented tool if you keep too long (can not will necessarily) delayed return of said deposit. Rent from elsewhere though good selection on tools for purchase and friendly staff plus the turn brake rotors

I've been coming to O'Reilly's for years over the other guys, but I won't anymore. I picked up a set of Wagler OEX 1363 disc brake pads from them last week and was astounded by the price, $100.99!! I assumed, as everything has gone up in price and they've always treated me right, that it was fair so I flopped down the money and left. My buddy couldn't believe I paid that and made me look up the same pads on rock auto's site: $40.89! Almost 250% markup! Violation of trust to be ripping people off like that! Sure, $8 S&H but I'll be buying online from now on....forget local, in this case!! Linton was always better priced when the one female manager was there, but she's gone and I'm not impressed with the new pricing!

OREILLY IVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR SEVERAL YEARS THATS BECAUSE THE OTHER PLACE AUTOZONE SOLD NOT ONE BUT TWO ALTINATORS THAT WENTBAD WITHIN 2 Weeks the Manager wasn’t to hip about making it good so we had a few words and I won’t deal with autozone again OREILLY does a fine me job getting my parts no matter what part it is they are on time THANK YOU GUYS AND GIRLS WE APPRECIATE YOU JOKER

This store is the place to go if you're looking for genuine car ppl who are willing to help you out. As a busy single mom of 3 I've struggled to have time/money to replace a headlight w/ burnt connection wires. Cody sat and patiently helped me put together my headlight wires correctly, I could seriously not be more grateful. 10/10 highly recommend.
