Chuckles 13

Don’t be a truck driver and come here. Was in back corner of the parking lot , bobtail, no trailer parked just so could visit kids. Hadn’t been home in 2 months. What happens when we do, the manager calls the cops on us to force us to leave. Then after the cop said she called she tried saying no she didn’t call that they just showed up. Put that with an afternoon cashier trying to screw us out of money they really have no respect. We go and get cups of ice. The cashier rings it as drinks. When we asked for a receipt, before the receipt can even print the cashier realized she’d been caught and said she was going to refund us cause she over charged us. ~AaronCarrie

Walmart Auto Care Centers

5:20 pm. Not a car in the lube bay and no car in the wait area for them to service. 2 guys servicing cars one guy hiding on his cell phone in the tire room all three not servicing vehicles and one guy behind the counter helping customers. Couldn't get an oil change. Even if they have a schedule if that person scheduled isn't there the time slot should be forfeit and someone should take their spot. ~Justin

Sunoco Gas Station

The whole reason I stopped by the Sunoco on my way to work was because it was cheaper than the rest I had seen in town, but once I got there, I had begun to wish I had gone to Chuckle's instead. The problems started when the pump I was at wasn't working, then when i went inside to seek assistance, the woman behind the counter told me that i had "Broke it" and "you'll have to wait until i figure out how to fix it. Did you hit cancel?" and i said yes, and that i would try again, and as i leave she says "Or go to another pump." I still couldn't get the pump to work so i waited until the car behind me left, backed up to that pump, and put in gas. I didn't pay as much as i had originally planned, and it was because she was being rude, and I was almost late for work. When i Went inside to pay, she ignored my presence, and took her time helping the girl buying a lottery ticket in front of me. When i finally got to pay, she told me to use the card swiper (for my debit) and when it messed up, she sighed loudly and hit a button to reset it, and then i swiped my card again. When it went through, she pushed the receipt across the counter, said, "there you go." with her back turned, without so much as eye-contact, a smile, or a "thanks for coming in." Needless to say, I won't be returning, and neither will anyone who I tell this too. As someone who works in retail, and also deals with the public, i understand that it may be hard to push through a hard day and smile, but if you can't do that, then you shouldn't be working with the public.I'm a quiet person, but if it had been anyone in my family, she would have had a very angry, very vocal customer on her hands. ~Ali
