We worked with Kyle and Kyle was not to pushy, showed us several options, did not try to up sale, was very informative and phenomenal. As well as Kyle’s manager coming in to assist with the Free Delivery even though that option expired 2 days prior. I look forward to having sleep number mattresses and bases in every room of my house.

The sales person (Kyle) was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even order me a mattress cover, which I wanted but forgot to ask for. Before the final order was agreed on, he went through the entire order explaining each item on the bill. The only bad thing is you have to wait 8 weeks for delivery. Just seems like a long time for delivery; but, I was told by the sale person that they build the mattress when you order it, so they don't set in some warehouse getting old and dusty. Plus the 8 weeks is a tentative date, it could be delivered sooner. Would have given them 5 stars if You didn't have to wait 8 weeks for the mattress to be delivered. 2 to 3 weeks maybe, but 8 weeks, way too long.

This review is not on this particular store but the company. We purchased a split mattress before we bought the adjustable frame due to the price. At the time the whole thing was about $8,000 for both frame and mattress, and that was before sheets, pillows, etc. We spent over $3,000 for the mattress only to find out that the frame is no longer available and they have no options for us to get an adjustable frame. The suggestion we got (not at this store), was to sell our bed and use the money to purchase a new bed with frame, which will cost at least another $6,000+. No one is going to want to buy a split mattress which you have to buy special sheets for and not have the option to have an adjustable frame. My advice is if you cannot afford the entire bed at the time of purchase, do not buy it. Better yet, look at all other options before buying from this company.

Kyle G saved our visit into your store! We originally had a gal for a salesperson and she couldnt answer one single question we had. We were so thankful that we able to get a different salesperson because after driving 2 hours we were about to leave. Kyle answered all of our questions and more! We bought a bed system and are so excited, we cant wait to have it delivered. Kyle was the most professional, fun and knowledgeable salesperson.

He was very informative about all the features of a Sleep Number bed and the many accompanying products. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Unbelievably the difference I felt in such a short time trying out the bed at my comfort level at the store. I was truly amazed for the first time. Just reading about this amazing bed does not do it justice, you need to try it to believe it. Looking forward to getting it in our house so my wife and I can finally get the rest and comfort we've both been looking for. Thank you Kate for your expertise and professionalism in helping us to the best sleep for the rest of out lives.
