Their technicians ran fire testing at Lido building in Mission Valley today and triggered the alarm to go off for 1.5 hrs!! Then another technician finally showed up and leisurely strolled out of his car to finally start turning it off first in apartments than in hallways. The lack of reaction and care for people’s exploding ears is just appalling, not even to mention everyone’s pets and people with PTSD.

Fire Alarm testing was scheduled 2 weeks ago for today, February 10, 2022. Walters Management requested that FireWatch test the fire alarms for my building last in the afternoon and it was confirmed with Nico in January, 2022. The testing was scheduled from 10am to 4pm. At exactly 10:43am the fire alarm went off multiple times in my home waking me up and my small dogs. I normally take my dogs outside during fire alarm testing because the loud high pitched sound frightens them. This was deliberate by FireWatch. No excuse Nico. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve requested Fire Alarm testing in the afternoon due to my work schedule and allowing me time to take my dogs outside. Nico is well aware of my situation and blames his technicians every time. Pathetic way to run a business.

Hello, my company manages a property that these guys showed up to today to replace roof sprinkler heads at. They were awesome, on time and very professional. I would recommend them, their crew was friendly and accommodating to the needs I had at the time. We got the job done fast and easy. Thanks guys!

Flooded my master bedroom and living room while replacing sprinkler heads. Entire ceiling in bedroom had to be torn down as well as major chunks of flooring, wall and ceiling in living room.

I normally don't write reviews and this is my first negative review but feel it is warranted. I had made an appointment for my residential fire sprinklers to be inspected by FireWatch. I spoke with Nico and the lead time for the appointment was over a week. When the appointment date and time came, I had not heard anything from them so I called. Again, spoke with Nico. He obviously forgot about my appointment because he asked for my name, address and phone number again. He also said someone will be there in 10 minutes. Several hours had passed, no phone call, nothing from them. I patiently waited until the end of the day to call them as I know "things" happen and people run behind schedule. When I called, they were already closed for the day. A phone call from them of an update would have been nice. What a loser company. How does this business even stay open???
