Definitely the worst midas I have been too. I know it is franchise so, it's individual own. I could have definitely tell the moment I walked in. The owner has a nasty attitude and self entitlement. "I own this place so, I could make up the prices if I wan to. If you don't like it, you can get out". The owner is very unprofessional and will loose business with people with that mindset. I have been doing business with midas for over 10 year and he is definitely the worst I've been too. Shame on how you treat your people!

Stopped at this location after traveling 8 hours and being caught in Heavy storms. I hit standstill water and my paneling under my car was broken off. (What I thought) This location went above and beyond to help me! While I was there I went ahead and purchased an oil change. The manager gave me a really good deal. The manager and his staff were VERY pleasant and welcoming. There’s a typical covered waiting area with chairs…. Vending machine available for a drink. Food places near in case your wait is long. 10/10 recommend!

Catalytic converter was stolen off my truck so my insurance adjuster suggested I bring it here. After being told my truck was “ready”, the check engine light would come on after a couple of hours. After bringing my truck back repeatedly (4 times) they pretty much told me I was SOL therefore the issue was never fixed. My truck to this day still has the engine light on and will not pass inspection. Extremely frustrating situation all around.

Chris and Mark were super helpful in getting my car repaired after braking my tie rod. Also got my car jumped after my battery died after I got my car back. Also replaced my battery right away as it went bad.

Used the $19.99 HEB coupon that was printed on the back of the grocery store receipt. Got $10 off blend. Coupon has $19.99 regular (conventional oil) if you rotate tires. Was told at this Midas on Fred Rd with every oil change tires are rotated for free as a courtesy. I was somewhat Confucius but I didn't say anything. I went with it. Total time was 45 minutes. Total cost was $45. You can buy a sheet of Midas coupons. Maybe next time I'll partake. Manager gave an in-depth rundown of what my "caroche" needed or was gonna need. It was very thorough, and he did not try to up-sell.

Spoke with Mark on the phone about getting a stud changed out for my hub. Within 30 minutes my car was in the shop being worked on. Great customer service and great prices! Especially helpful if you’re in a hurry. Great honest company. Will definitely be back if I need more repairs. Thanks for all the help!

The manager was incredibly rude today, was disrespectful and was complaining that he has too many cars to fix. He was rude, yelled at me and showed no regard. I was in complete shock and caught off guard. I had just politely asked if they could fix an issue on our car that another store had recommended us to come to them for the repair. Horrible experience, corporate needs to look into they hire to represent their businesses and run them. By the way, the store who recommended them were advised of the problem and will no longer be sending people to them. Update: Contacted corporate to report this unprofessional experience. Apparently its not the first time as you can see in other reviews.
