Their technicians ran fire testing at Lido building in Mission Valley today and triggered the alarm to go off for 1.5 hrs!! Then another technician finally showed up and leisurely strolled out of his car to finally start turning it off first in apartments than in hallways. The lack of reaction and care for people’s exploding ears is just appalling, not even to mention everyone’s pets and people with PTSD. ~Jelena
