Worse experience ever. Came with custom cage. Bolts fell out after first ride. Cage doesn’t match up. Top cage in a bind. Oh yeah there are fees don’t believe it when they say there isn’t. Practically brand new I’m trying to get cage to bolt up. Jeez really

The sells staff seem to be to into their own self and how cool they think they are. I mean no body care's about them every one is there to buy a machine but the whole time they walk around acting like they are better than you instead of actually trying to sell you something we and nobody we know will ever be doing business there. Go somewhere where they care about your business because these people could care less!!

I was looking for a turbo s4 velocity called Jeff Cromer and he informed me he didn't have anything. The next day Jeff called me he had done his homework and had me one lined out. We talked details over the phone and set a time to pick it up. When I made it to Richmond he had my machine ready to roll and the paperwork ready to sign. Matt Baker in parts and Marion Taulbee in service really helped me when i was in a bind. Had a rear tire blowout and shirt on funds, they gave me a tire at cost and mounted it for free to help a fellow rider get down the road. This place went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned they have earned all my future business. Thanks again you guys were lifesavers for sure.
