Mann Chrysler really took care of me!! I had a problem with my cars engine and they fixed it, I didn't know much about car engines and they explained the problem without being condescending which I appreciated! They did make a mistake fixing my car and I noticed as I was driving away but when I brought it right back they were very apologetic and quickly fixed it so in my opinion they are honest and trustworthy!!

Offer cheaper oil changes then most quick lube style places and you get dealer quality service. Always get my truck in within a week of calling and always perform the services correctly.

Brought my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a parking break failure and to check on second gear clicking, just an estimate now. Returned 2 1/2 hours later to get an estimate on fix. They had my gear shift disassembled. Fine...came back 2 more hours cause shift wasn't assembled. Got estimate after paying 123.11. Fine.... on the way home noticed bad clicking and grinding in gear shift...went back and was told " Seems to be some miss trust here. "Wouldn't do my emergency break claiming mistrust and refunded my money and refused my business. Worst dealership I've ever been to.

If you want to have a good vehicle go to man's in Richmond and get a deal of a life time with them and get the service you need to get th repairs done with top mechanics.

Service department is wonderful however I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L in November 2021. This vehicle has been in the service department longer than I have driven it. Still has under 5000 miles in it. Chrysler is going to repurchase my vehicle because it falls under 2 Lemon Laws. They are definitely taking longer than expected with no help for this dealership. My piece of advice stay far away from Jeep.
