I honestly really don't come here unless I have to. I wish it was back to 24 hours. It seems lately they have cut back the staff and customer service really bad from when we moved here several years ago. I try when I can to go to the one on the Lex/Winchester border. The store there is much cleaner they have friendly staff and people at the registers.

Walmart supercenter is good for the prices and you can sometimes find items you can't find anywhere else, but the store is very unkempt looking and in need of a makeover.

Need a better way to get out with buggy at the garage. I take dogfood out that way. And have to fight the doors. Still quicker getting out. NEED MORE DOORS.

The best store ever. We'll stocked, liked the hotwheels. Lots of parking easy in and out. Also the repair shop is open 7 days a week. Really like that. Had a flat tire on Sunday and they plug it at 7 am in the morning 🌄.

I highly recommend avoiding this Walmart if you can. I was accused of shop lifting and when I even noticed I forgot something (I have an amnesia disorder) I was barred from purchasing the item. I requested to pay but that would not allow me to do so and the security people are SCARY! I had to wait in the security room for a good 30 minutes while waiting for the police to show and the entire time the male worker was trying to secretly film me and take pictures of me with his personal phone and that's not even the worst part; the comments they made while looking at the cameras. I was there in the room as they zoomed in on people and made fun of their clothes, their face, etc. It was appalling and scared me a lot. Then at the end of it all, I, a poor disabled 19 year old had to spend $750 on a trial that the judge didn't even look at because Walmart fined me for something I said I would pay for.

Those employees that shop for people need to have manners! Seriously all but a cpl the ladies weren't pushing their carts into a walkway then looking at their lists of what to buy. Seriously just walked in store an was obviously walking the only path between banana sk bread to get to other items past them. This woman pushes her huge pallet like cart into the middle the walkway an stops looking down at her list. Oblivious to the fact I was walking str8 towards her before an after she stopped there. Smfh although there were a cpl friendly smiling moving their buggy all the way over so ppl could pass. An one even asked if I needed help finding something to which her help did help. So it's not all of them just like everything else it's most the ppl cause problems for everyone.

I went to return an item and I had no issues... The employee got my money refunded and I was outta there in no time. I was very satisfied with wait time... Almost none.. I felt bad for the cashier cause you could tell she was having a bad day but she was very nice and respectful nonetheless and very helpful.

They clearly think we are all obliviously stupid. We are not. Let's talk about the rancid meat first. Multiple purchases over a span of months with pork that was absolutely no good. The chicken packages blow up like balloons with germs. Produce always has mold on it. Now let's talk about customer service. Non existent. Rude. Short. And we all know they make well over minimum wage so I'm not sure where the attitude comes from. Third thing. Hours. 6 amis when they open now. I show up at 5:58 am and they refuse to open doors. I hade to pee so bad I almost did not make it to the door. They refused entry and said there aren't any employees inside. I've worked for Walmart. There are at least 30 employees I'd estimate in this town at around 5-6 am. The audacity of the employees to lie. multiple employees mind you. And then to open the doors at 6:02 am. Pure laziness. Hostile disgusting environment. Worst part aside from rancid meat is disgusting bathrooms at 6:05 am. So there are no customers in store at night. Clearly employees are smearing feces around toilet rims and not cleaning it. Absolutely appalled at the lack of care the employees take at this location.

My tire blew on Easter Sunday, but I was able to get to Walmart. Unfortunately Walmart doesn’t carry low profile 22" tires, but they took the blown tire off and put the donut on for free. They really came through for us and we appreciate their help.

OTR Owner Operator Truck Driver Since 2003. The Kraken. I drive everywhere. Most of the time some where around 3500 miles a week. At say 52 weeks that's 182,000 miles a year. Now I want drive all that but I'll hit 100,000 miles easy. I travel all over stopping and guiding my experiences for all who likes to listen. So this Walmart lost me. I really needed the bathroom but honestly it was more nasty than a off the wall fuel stop. It looked as some one walked through the door and just relieved there self on the floor. There was a used nasty medical bandage on the counter top by the sink, the garbage can was the most clean. I'll stop there and just show the pictures. I spoke to a women who said the wemons restroom was just as bad. Second. There is no ATM at this location but I was directed that the Murphy across the parking lot had a ATM. So I walked to the Murphys and was told that it was broken and hasn't worked in awhile. Ok then. Well I'm sure I just caught the store on a off day and they will check up on everything. Now one thing I did like is that the center freezers that once you could just reach over and grab what ever had sliding glass tops. Pretty cool 😎 👌
