6 Best fast food restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama (AL) 2024

Went through the drive through, order two double cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget with only honey mustard for sauce, they gave me three creamy ranches,one honey mustard and gave me two single cheeseburgers instead of doubles and was told to pull forward before I was even done ordering! Usually I have pretty good experiences but this just blows my kind almost as if the person taking the order didn't care ~Balloons

I went through the drive through which always takes extremely long. I ordered 2 large fries and got half filled boxes. They forgot another one of my sandwiches and fries. The only good thing was they were semi nice and fries where hot ~Leanna

The food was good and you get a huge portion when you order the bowl!! It was enough for 2 people to eat easily!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the 2 women working at the downtown location were not very friendly and just didn't care to answer any questions I had about the food. They acted like they just didn't want to be there. ~Breeze1977

I love captain D’s and I’ve been to many over the years but this was the best experience I’ve had. If you eat at Captain Ds regularly you know they usually have some type of wait , but I only waited about 10 minutes during the lunch rush which was amazing! Then the food was top tier . Fresh, hot , seasoned! Great customer service as well! ~Dynasty

They got my order wrong which isnt a big deal but when my mom went to talk to them about it the manager was rude for no reason. My mom wasnt being disrespectful she just wanted to make sure my order was right this time! I feel bad for the workers there, she was rude to everyone They were also out of many things, most drink options and sweet and sour sauce, and it was only 4pm. Our cashier was very nice though, and it was clean inside. ~Anxious

At 12:20 on a Sunday they were out of extra crispy chicken. The employee told us "if you want crispy you gotta come early." Really? You're going to be open for 8 more hours. How do you run out at lunch on a Sunday? All you do is sell chicken, why can't you keep it ready? ~Robert
