Tried out the new steak and the lady at the front put 3 Pierce’s of steak on my bowl and said it was company policy not sure what type of scam their running on shorting customers their food. Will be calling cooperate. Avoid this establishment if you don’t want to be scammed

This Chipotle has gone down hill, every time I come in I see workers walking around not doing anything while there is a long line of customers waiting to order. I usually have to make extra time to get an order filled. The other day I decided to beat the line by ordering on their app and having it delivered. The delivery was on time and the app was easy to use, However, the order was not filled out correctly. Not only did I not get my drink that cost $3.70 but the portions in the burrito bowl were standard portions when I had asked for extra for different items, which I was charged for those extra items. I felt like I was robbed of my lunch and I did not have time to go down to ask for a new order. I put in a complaint and they sent back $4 dollars.. the order was $29.86 and the extra items I did not get were way more then that. Either way, this chipotle sucks and the staff running it doesn't look like they care to be there. Must be a management issue that trickles down to the workers....

Be careful... easy going down but a little warm coming out. The day and night shift are 2 totally different crews... I can expect a full bowl on day shift but at night, my rice be a little crunchy. It's ok tho, the manager will fix it... pretty cool dude... don't go at closing time, shiddd they be trying to go home and you might get hit with that crunchy rice...

Time and time again o tell myself that this location is just having a bad day. And time and time again I make the mistake of coming back. Most recently, I was forced to order online (instead of watching them do it to make sure it’s correct). I got my food, went home, and you guessed it… incorrect. Drove back to the store just to wait on them 15 minutes ti figure out the problem. Constantly understaffed, constantly mismanaged, constantly has employees that look like they’re at a funeral service instead of the service industry.

The food is always fresh and flavorful. The wait was longer then i wanted, however not for lack or staff or service. The food is that good. The staff was quite friendly and polite. I truly enjoyed the natural drink options. My girls love the queso and chips. All aroumd great option for the whole family.

After they lost my Online order, I was made to wait in line. That's the whole point of ordering ahead, and the girl said they were making my order after I didn't find it on the shelf, only to find out they never got it to begin with. My money was deducted immediately, so I don't know how they don't receive the order. And they were out of chips! Again! They refunded my money, but not the points, which I used for one meal. Love their food, but this place has some issues.

Who ever managing this location, will you please have your employees wear a hair net and hair pull back in a pony tail or something, i can't support your restaurant if i have to be self conscious about hair being in my food. Its a few employees walking around handling food with their hair flying everywhere . This one tall black guy with dreads hanging all in his face fixing plates at the hot bar, just constantly touch his hair and hat without washing his hands or changing gloves. Thats just nasty to be preparing food for human consumption. I lost my appetite when i saw how he just constantly touched his hat and hair without washing his hands and changing glove. Please do better Chipotle.

Great places to get lunch when travelling. Order ahead while on the road, almost always ready for pick up at the time you specify. Bathrooms moderately clean, well supplied. In some you can eat outside.

The food was good and you get a huge portion when you order the bowl!! It was enough for 2 people to eat easily!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the 2 women working at the downtown location were not very friendly and just didn't care to answer any questions I had about the food. They acted like they just didn't want to be there.

Markisha I came to this chipotle and was told I cold not get extra scoop of of white rice I never heard of this and was told because they did not feel like making any more for the night even though it was still an hour and half before they were due to even close.
