Only had drive through open. Most fast foods are no longer fast😒. Shortage of employees make any restaurant a task of patience. Some can make it others not. Hopefully things can turn around soon. Food was good. Thanks

Spent 45 minutes in line at the drive through. Literally ordering and cooking one at a time before they take the next order then I get my food cold after an hour. I'm here working and I'm telling you this whole areas fast food service is terrible and the slowest . There's no quality for fast food from here to Huntsville I give up.

I live 1 mile away from here. Every single time I order crunchy tacos they are soggy by the time I get home. That tells me that they have a bunch pre made and sitting under warmers. Not once have I gotten home and a taco was still crunchy. So I started getting chicken soft tacos instead... Tell me how I get home and the tortillas are harder than the crunchy tacos!! They were dry and stale! Literally every one of my 5 chicken soft tacos was this way! I still gave 3 stars, bc well its taco bell... What do you expect? I just go there with low expectations, that way I'm pleasantly surprised when something turns out good. Which does happen on occasion. Today my order was much more fresh than it had been in the past, and I didn't get home for 20 minutes after leaving taco bell (had to stop at walgreens). So basically as long as your expectations are low I'd say you have a 50/50 chance of being satisfied. The staff anyways seems friendly though. They are quick (probably bc they have everything pre-made under warmers). I've never been inside, so I can't speak for the store itself, only the drive through.

This place is the worst! Never open when they are supposed to. 4 cars outside at 9am supposed to open at 7am. Line of cars in the drive through and people are just sitting there. They don’t tell you they aren’t open. Theres no sign. Just rude and unprofessional!! Not to mention they are always out of their promotional item!

This place is aweful. I spent 65$ Thursday night only to get home and 1/2 my order was missing. I called back and spoke to a manager Brittney and she told me everything was in the bag cause she packed my order. I told her what was missing and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and the same thing got hung up on. I went back through the drive through sent another 24$ to get the rest of my order. After receiving my food I ask for the manager and told her I pay for everything I have and I don't appreciate her acting as though I was lying to be told next time I will comp your food just ask for D? Nope not again I will NEVER go to that place again.

Always at this time an hour these guys get my order right an out to me quickly so that i can enjoy my hot whatever it may be ordered that time ( of course pulled over to enjoy not.driving and eating) truck music sittin an eatin my T-Bell meal sippin that ice cold Dr.Pepper fountain fresh (Damnnn) sounds refreshing dont it?? Heck yeah it is an was lol so make that run for the border you dont need no nothin but some change and a hunger for sum supper

One of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too. Usually go late at night after work. And they are always nice and friendly and orders are 9/10 times correct. And when it’s not it doesn’t really bother me cause they are friendly and cool.

Staff was nice, polite, quick, clean but Taco Shell was stale, had weird taste. Had to ask for a new serving, could not eat it. Second one was fine.

Ok so my rating definitely changed. The past 3 visits, a months time maybe. Last time the drive thru wait was well over 15 minutes and 2 of my potato bowls had 10 tiny potatoes in them couldn't see them under the glob of cheese. Tacos were wrong. Now this morning the woman at the window, name starts with a D. Not the most pleasant person to speak to and judging by the appearance of my daughters food (it's posted) after they zapped it in the microwave cooking it to the wrapper she obviously dropped it and stepped on it before throwing it out the window.
