I just wanted to come on here and commend the manager that was there tonight. I didn’t get her name. There was an order handed out wrong and an upset Karen and when the manager brought the corrected order to her the woman was just rude and vile to her. She offered her free meals and a refund and tried to make the customer happy and this woman was just rude and after the manager told her to have a good day and walked away the Karen yelled nice attitude. I seen her doing something on her phone so probably putting in a complaint On lies. People like her is why the food industry is struggling today. I own a restaurant in the area and best believe if I ever decide to hire help I’ll be coming here to recruit that manager for her professionalism and her quickness is trying to get things fixed for the customer! That Karen didn’t deserve her kindness but she never missed a beat! I hope higher management sees this and sees that they’ve got a true gem there! I will be back! Kudos to you

Efficient ,kind and attentive drive through service. The half pound roast beef sandwich was perhaps the largest I've ever received. Highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely pitiful, the entire staff was so unorganized spent 10 minutes at the speaker to order, finally went inside 8-10 employees all on their cellphones, the only one working was the manager, fries cold and greasy, where's the beef it definitely was not on my dbl #2 combo meal. Nice job Arby's

This was the worst experience at an Arby's I've ever had. They were out of several items that they told me about, so I ordered around those. I asked to make sure the crinkle fries were fresh since they were out of Arby's fries. They made up the fries and left them under the heat while one person made the 8 sandwiches and 4 sliders I ordered. They told me the fries were fine after I asked about them just sitting there. They put all sandwiches in one bag along with 2 sliders. They told me my other 2 sliders were on the bottom. They weren't. I went back in to ask for the two sliders. The worker indicated that I was lying about my missing sliders. When I got home, my sandwiches were basically quickly wadded up. My beef n cheddars were made with the wrong buns (they did not indicate they were out of them), and they didn't have the sauce on the bottom. They put cheddar on them even though I asked to not have it. I mainly want the onion bun and the sauce. Didn't get either. The food was made with carelessness.

Guess they've changed the shakes. Taste exactly like Hershey's chocolate syrup blended in the vanilla shake. No whipped cream, no chocolate drizzle, and I'm not sure if it ever did come with a cherry or not but I feel like it did. On my visit before this one I got ice cold fries, my favorite healthy menu item has been removed, and the wait was unreasonable for drive thru. Had me park and wait. Didn't even ask if I needed any sauces.. which I did but since I was not asked, it slipped my mind.

Okay I'm going to let you all in on a secret and let you know that my sister works at an Arbys. But it does not hinder my opinion one way or another. I do love Arby's and so does my husband. But they are a little pricey but it's worth it. The beef and cheddar is a cult favorite and a childhood favorite!

Drove 25 min to get 1 order for my 82 yr old mother. 5 pcs. Of fish and some fries tried to rip me off . Hang up on me due to feelings. And didn't even apologize. Welcome to 2022

I order the 9 piece nugget meal and they were not fresh, the fries were stale like they had been sitting out for a while. The only thing that was right was my milkshake, I mean how can you mess that up. I expected better food from Arbys.

MY DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE While I understand times have been hectic lately and food suppliers have trouble meeting demands of the population, and good workers hard to come by, there are some things I feel shouldn't be an issue regardless 1 - it should not sound like you are bored out of your skull and annoyed at me (the customer) for ruining your day just because I dared stop and place an order. 2 - when my total is $14.75 and I hand you $20.75, I should NOT receive $5.80 back in change. To me that math don't add up and I worked retail and service industry for 4yrs. 3 - I do not appreciate my sandwich being the only thing warm by the time I make a 5 MINUTE trip back my house! Last but not least - how is this (see attached pictures) an appropriate amount/quality of fries?
