Food was fresh and good. Cashier was friendly. Tables in lobby could of definitely been cleaner especially considering it wasn't that busy and multiple employees weren't doing anything.

Stopped in twice over the last few days and its obvious they need to train the people better and listen when they’re taking orders. My wife has celiac disease so she can’t eat gluten (bread). She ordered a salad both times and just asked for the bread on the side, so I could have it. The first time the girl yelled back multiple times to make sure that was on the side after she took the order. Seemed a little over the top but it worked. The second time the girl didn’t do that so the salad came out with bread. They had to remake the salad because she’s so sensitive just the crumbs can make her sick. They remade the salad but it just wasted time. They put the wrong cookie in the bag the first time we were there so my daughter was a bit disappoint to not have the double chocolate chip cookie when we got home. Both times it seemed like almost all of the employees were a bit lost and needed a lot of coaching from some of the others and we had to repeat our order multiple times. When we’re in the area we’ll stick to other locations and avoid this one probably.

Accidently ordered to the wrong/ closest location, at the time, (Winchester Rd) in app, originally meant to send to Hazel Green location for pick up on my way home. Didn't realize my mistake until I arrive to HG location. I immediately phoned the Winchester rd store and attempted to explain my mix up and the general manager, John, politely explained it's a rather common occurrence and to have the manager on duty call him and he would get them to prepare my order to get this straightened out. Walked in HG and spoke with the manager, Cydney, who then called to verify the order at the other store. It was embarrassing and a rather annoying mistake yet I truly appreciate both managers swiftly and professionally handling my original mishap. Thank you!

Extremely slow. Drive thru stays wrapped around the building, inside you'll see customers standing everywhere waiting for their order. Staff is unprofessional, loud, and spend more time talking and arguing. Upon my last visit the manager Sarah felt upset at me when I suggested that instead of letting her employees act a fool while her drive thru and lobby was fool that she should instruct them to focus on their work. I intend to contact her boss to inform him or her about her work ethic. Oh and repeatedly screaming "I need a pickle!" Could be taken in a type of manner which is NSFW. Maybe work on that. So I requested a refund on my order in the store. Manager processes the refund. I then get an email from Zaxby's which turned out to be a online order confirmation. FOR THE SAME ITEMS I JUST HAD REFUNDED. HERES THE ORDER NUMBER ID 172220723. This was on 07/05/22. Doesn't tell me in the email who placed the order, nor how to go about getting it refunded yet again. Who's trying to play who here really?

Great hot fresh Big Zax Snax was hot, and delicious. I been boycotting Hazel green Zaxby's bc they had there employees outside all summer in heat working drive thru. Standing under flimsy tarp as shade. I definitely was disgusted Zaxby's didn't think more of the employees than that. Today it was raining and no one was stuck out in it so we had lunch there. Senior discounts available that was real bonus today. ✌🏻🖤🇺🇸

Ordered fried mushrooms. The 1st order was still frozen. The 2nd order was just hard bits crust. They were awful! For that much $ & not even a handful mine as well take it off the menu. Window lady blamed it on the NEW guy, just admit it was a mistake and move on. No need to blame anyone for it

I go to Zaxby's a lot (mostly in Madison and Hartselle) this is my first time at the one in hazel green. It's definitely the best I've ever had, super fresh and made perfectly. Just wanted to say thanks:)

Had a quick lunch at this Zaxby's location. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad. It was delicious. Quick service.

Do not recommend this location. We usually love Zaxby's but this location has disappointed quite often. This time is the last time I think. Both mine and my wife's meal had fingers smaller than the wings, and they aren't worth the breading. Our Texas toast is basically un-toasted.
