Bought my first phone yesterday(A53), it was nice and simple. An employee was available as soon as I entered. Everything was great besides the lack of case options and my $40 screen protector being applied off centered. Also odd the charging block is sold separately. It is free though if you spend $75 on a screen protector and one of the two case options.

In December 2021 I traded in my Galaxy Note 9 for a Pixel 6 that supposedly came with a $800 promotion. Since then I have been charged monthly with installment payments that are supposed to be credited back each billing cycle. This is not happening. The receipt clearly stated the promotion was good for all Google Smart Phones. AT&T says that it was only for the Pixel 6 Pro. I am very disappointed in AT&T. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon. this has been a very costly exchange for me.

I walked in and waited for my turn to pay my aunts bill. When My turn came the sales lady asked Can I help you? Im here ro pay ny aunts bill. We went to a table where she had a phone pulled in and she kept looking over at it . She got the envilope with bill and money. .. looks in it and said " I need her ID to get in her account . So I leave tell my friend what she said.. She goes right back in and comes out 5 mins later . BILL PAID .. OH I was mad I opened rhe door and yelled ...HOW YOU GOING TO TELL ME I NEED ID AND SHE PAID IT WITH OUT ID. Worker is wrong by doing that... She shoykd loose her Job period. She was rude . Fire her. I can show you her . Gave me NO name at all.
