Pretty clean and well stocked. The employees we passed and talked to were nice. They have some problem with their beer pricing though. 2 of the 3 types we we tried to buy rang up as twice the marked price. Pay attention if buying beer anytime soon. They ended up manually fixing it but if you’re buying a lot of stuff you may not catch that extra ~$20 on a case of beer.

This Walmart store is always clean, and orderly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are usually much lower than other stores. I would even like to work here.

To be comp completely honest, I live in Fayetteville Tennessee right across the state line from Hazel Green Alabama which leads into Huntsville alabama. But my personal opinion is that the Hazel Green Walmart in Hazel Green Alabama is a lot better it's well organized clean and the people that work there seem to be extremely on point and very nice and professional.

I use grocery pickup weekly and mostly things go smooth. Yesterday, I was given 2 packs of moldy bread, I called and was informed I could come back and recieve 2 replacements. I returned and waited for a few minutes. They could not find a replacement, so I was given a refund and a 10 dollar gift card for my trouble. That was very nice and appreciated. I tried to use the gift card today, the cashier, who was a woman named JAX, told me there was no money on the card. She was not friendly, stared at me like I had a problem when I explained my situation. I went to grocery pickup, they remembered me and walked me to Customer service where they said the money was indeed on the card. Both grocery pickup and customer service were helpful. My problem is with the under-trained, unfriendly female cashier named JAX.

I buy my groceries at this Walmart supercenter on South parkway in Huntsville it is convenient to me from my house and. I can't walk very far so I have to use their electric carts and they have the top of the line and it is almost always one available charged and ready to go. The process still beat the other stores even with the inflation.

Don’t give the elderly a confrontation number and then tell them their order is canceled or rescheduled when they get there. gas is to expensive to go around just wasting ppl time

This is truly the best Walmart in Madison County. Customer service is much better than other locations. I frequently use grocery pickup, and have only once or twice had something missing. It was always promptly resolved. The only bad thing I have to say is that they run out of a lot of things I like to buy pretty quickly, but it's a very busy store, so it's totally understandable. I will be using this Walmart over any other indefinitely!

One of the better Walmart's in North Alabama. It's definitely became my favorite one. Recognize alot of the employee bc there so helpful make shopping at this location better. Fresh vegetables always plenty of self checkout lines. There back accepting cash and giving change. Shelves are always rotating and so is the meat. Definitely why this is one of my favorite stores to shop it.

I was visiting my daughter from Tucson, Arizona. I loved Walmart at Hazel Green, Alabama. It was nice and clean. Good customer service. The only thing was that it did not have too much to choose from in the Hispanic area. Everything else was good.
