Yesterday around 5:30pm, I entered the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes behind another vehicle. We were the only two vehicles in the dive-thru at that time. When I finally got up to order, I was not greeted by a Burger King employee and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. In this amount of time another vehicle had joined the line behind me and left, presumably because of the wait. Another customer was now waiting at the other speaker and we started conversing about our frustrations with the wait time. I told her the reason we are waiting so long is that, in my experience, the employees purposely serve customers one full order at a time so that they appear to be completing each order quickly in the drive-thru according to the branch performance data. Immediately after I said this, an employee snapped through the speaker "The lobby is full!" as her reason for causing a 20 minute wait to order and for not even greeting customers arriving in the drive-thru. She still did not take my order or apologize for my wait, so I drove back around and parked. I walked into the lobby only to see one customer receiving his food at the counter and another eating his food at a table. The lobby was not in fact "full" as the employee had untruthfully stated. This is not the first time I have experienced this length wait-time at a Burger King drive-thru. I have also sat through long wait times at this particular location many times, with very few cars. This habitual slow service is not because of a busy restaurant. I will not accept being lied to on top of poor service. I will not be returning to this location, and it will probably be a while before I go to any Burger King.

This place has gave bk a bad name! The owners must not care at all!! We got in drive thru at 615 with 3 cars ahead of us we left with order at 659 tonight! This place needs corporate to come in and pad lock the doors! I worked at bk when I was 18. And im 42 now and i could still by myself move 4 cars out of the drive thru in less than 15 mins# Shut it down please!

Between 6-7 pm. I ordered a whopper sandwich and two $2 8-pc nuggets. The long brown haired lady told me it was $13.41; then at the wind she said it was $17.?? I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn’t give it to me. I wanted to know why the difference in money. She did not explain and said no one got a receipt. Bad business.

Went to the drive thru, sat for a minute and then was told they’d be with me in a second—no problem. Waited 10 minutes and I was running out of time because I only get 30 minutes on my lunch, so I was trying to ask how much longer it would be. I got no response so I called the store. No answer. I pulled up and they told me to leave now, because I was running their timer up in drive thru? Your timer is running up because you aren’t taking my order, what do you mean? Shut the window in my face. Atrocious customer service, horrible attitude. Went somewhere else and got my lunch in 5 minutes.

Ordered a diet coke. Wasn't with the order. Ask the girl to add it to the order. She told me that she's not able to do that at the window even though she's the one who did not get it on the order in the first place. After I said it twice to her in the first place. Ordered cheese sticks and got chicken sticks. Y'all need to pay attention to what y'all are doing and listen to your customers.

Let me begin by saying the young lady who took my money and handed me my "food" was so sweet..now that being said the lady who "took" my order is frightening. After I literally melted in my car before my order was taken I let the sargent know I had a coupon for a whop, and before I could get the word whopper out of my mouth she barked so loudly, something I couldn't understand, I physically jumped in my seat..it scared me to pieces. I was so startled I had to say pardon me. And she again barked, "I need the coupon number!!!"🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️what...what???coupon number...I didn't have my reader glasses with me as I wasn't aware it was necessary to give a dagum coupon code🙄..again still shell-shocked at being barked at, I forgot to tell her no mayonnaise, please...I thought about it half way home digging in the bag for my "large " fries...large my fanny. And even though half of them didn't make it in the fries carton, they were only partially cooked🤢...wobbly undercooked fries..gross. When I arrived home, I was terrified to unwrap my "burger"...I hate warm mayonnaise. Oh my heavens...it looked like hogs had chewed up all the toppings and mayonnaise and spat them onto the hamburger patty and another hog squashed it before it was wrapped and thrown into the bag. So upon arriving home and before looking at my "burger" I called the establishment and asked to speak with the manager...and the barker said it was she...telling her about her scaring me to pieces and forgetting to tell her how I liked my burger, she snarkily said I could bring it back and she'd be "happy" to make me another one. I told her it wouldn't be necessary because I would never consider this establishment again. Terrible...it won't let you give it zero stars out of five...but I'm saying ZERO STARS. Disgusting food. The only good thing about this establishment was the sweet young lady the barking lady puts in charge of taking one's money and handing one's "food". Whomever owns this establishment should really consider promoting the sweet young lady to the management position. JS...🤷♀️

Super busy with only one drive thru open. Girl who took order was friendly and polite. Girl who gave me my order couldn't bother to look at me as she was handing me my change or drink. She nearly dropped both. When she gave me my food, she promptly shut the window. Just rude!

I keep giving this store chances to get better but nope they get worse every time I know things happen in life as it's not easy running things but this has been going on for many months understaffed so in turn you get terrible service lots of not so friendly frustrated staff and subpar food and it just continues a vicious cycle for customer and staff until one day this store closes. And no Bk in Hazel Green, awesome job by the ownership.

This is the supposed fish sandwich I got from this store. There is not a low enough rating I could put in this store. It is worse everytime you go. Best advice I can give is stay clear of this store.
