Best auto parts store in Dothan, Alabama (AL) 2024

My Honda did not start- this was the negative part of my day. The positive part was that it all happened by Auto Zone and Shawn, who worked there, was ready to help. I purchased one of their batteries, and Shawn installed it. He also gave me some info on my car that acted weird at first, since the computer sensed a sudden change in the system. He offered to take care of the computerized system should the car does not do it on its own within 24 hours, but eventually I did not need the extra service. Shawn was prompt and polite and the battery is efficient and hopefully will live a long and secure life. Very happy with the service! ~Shoshana
