If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Let me preface by saying- I haven’t even visited this establishment, and as long as I can avoid it, I never will. Based solely off the letter I received from the billing department for $20 that my health insurance didn’t cover. TWENTY dollars. I have never read a payment collection attempt as absurdly RUDE as the one I was sent. I’ve never felt so offended by a letter. It is so obnoxiously rude that I considered letting it go into collections just to avoid paying a company who treats patients this way. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company at any cost. They don’t care about patients AT ALL, just our $$$. Not to mention the outrageous prices they charge for lab work. This company is robbing people and it’s disgusting. ~Kay
