Best appliance store in Florence, Alabama (AL) 2024

Do NOT buy a refrigerator or anything that’s a major appliance at Electronic Express in Florence. We paid a lot of money for a brand new fridge plus a delivery fee to get it to the new house, and it showed up looking like this. Three very noticeable dents to the front and even some on the sides. The guys who delivered it said it looked like that when they “unboxed it” but as you can see in the back left hand side inside their truck, there’s other refrigerators that are not in the boxes or even wrapped up to keep them from getting damaged. We definitely won’t be getting anything from there ever again. TERRIBLE delivery. ~Kayla
