It's been a long time since I've been in a Electronics Express. I've been a Best Buy man for a number of years, and that's been a mistake. From the extremely large amount of laptops, TV's, and audio accessories on display and in stock to the attentive floor people, I was extremely impressed. I will definitely start visiting this store more often.

Do NOT buy a refrigerator or anything that’s a major appliance at Electronic Express in Florence. We paid a lot of money for a brand new fridge plus a delivery fee to get it to the new house, and it showed up looking like this. Three very noticeable dents to the front and even some on the sides. The guys who delivered it said it looked like that when they “unboxed it” but as you can see in the back left hand side inside their truck, there’s other refrigerators that are not in the boxes or even wrapped up to keep them from getting damaged. We definitely won’t be getting anything from there ever again. TERRIBLE delivery.

Charlie was a great help while choosing all of my new appliances. I strongly suggest EE for appliance purchases. They are cheaper than anywhere else in town and the customer service is excellent from all!

If I could give zero stars I would. Associates in store were amazing, but delivery is terrible. Not only did they forget my entire washer to my dryer set but dinged my front door as they came into the apartment. Was informed I would have someone call me regarding this issue and received nothing. I ended up calling to only find out that my washer was sold and I now have to wait another week and a half for my washer to come in. Will not be coming back after this is handled.

I purchased a used pair of Bose sports earbuds at a discounted price today. Took them home and they would Not show a charge when I plugged them up. I took them back and Kirby and Dylan helped me by getting a brand new pair. It was a smooth transaction, they gave me no issue. They were awesome!

Walked in checking out computers and ended up buying a really nice gaming computer. I probably wouldn’t have bought one today but Adam W. knows his stuff!! This dude had an answer, example and demonstration for basically everything I was wondering about. Worked back and forth on a TON of different options and he was so cool and laid back with everything. He’s about 6 months out from having a degree in computer engineering or smg like that. Ask for Adam when you go. Great staff and good selection.

Service from the time we walked through Electronic Express doors could not have been more perfect. Answered all our questions, friendly staff. The delivery crew was absolutely perfect, too. They arrived when scheduled unpacked item and set it up. Very courteous.

Spoke with a manager named DYLAN. First time I had ever communicated with this store, dude went over the top with helping me and answering my questions. Probably was on the phone with me for 20 minutes providing assistance and walking me through what I would need to come buy at the store. Whoever Dylan is, he needs a raise.

I went in looking for a car stereo for a Ford Edge. Dylan Kasmeier was the young man that waited on me. He didn't try to over sell and listened to what I needed. He showed me what I was asking for. Although I didn't buy right then due to not having someone with knowledge to install,.. I will buy from him when I do. The store is lucky to have him.
