6 Best truck rental agency in Florence, Alabama (AL) 2024

Needed a truck quick for a move and three customer service was above and beyond what we'd expected. Fair prices, clean facility, and helpful staff made this our new go to for truck rental period. Was a pleasure doing business here. ~C.

They didn't have my tow dolly when I arrived to pick up my truck. They slowed me down a few hours because I had to scramble for a different truck. Penske price matched my Budget price. Go there. ~Carl

Giving zero stars because this place of business is extremely unfriendly. They unlawfully kept my card information on file and unlawfully charged me even after I called and spoke with them directly and asked that they not charge me anymore. I never rented the Uhaul. I authorized a one time payment to help a friend and they thank me by continuing to charge me without my permission. I’m pretty sure keeping my card information on file without me signing something is illegal. Zero stars. Might even report to the better business bureau. Thanks BUTCH for being a thief!!! ~Hannah

Frank and Brittany were both incredibly friendly and so helpful. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the unit I was renting, the price paid, and the terms/conditions. The unit was exactly what was promised last week when we spoke on the phone - clean and a great size for storing a large house worth of items. I hope something comes up where I need to speak to them again, so I will have the joy of spending time in their office - but they are so thorough, I won’t be surprised if it does not.
