Frank and Brittany were both incredibly friendly and so helpful. They answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with the unit I was renting, the price paid, and the terms/conditions. The unit was exactly what was promised last week when we spoke on the phone - clean and a great size for storing a large house worth of items. I hope something comes up where I need to speak to them again, so I will have the joy of spending time in their office - but they are so thorough, I won’t be surprised if it does not. You just can’t beat rock star service from two incredible humans! Thanks, Frank and Brittany!!

So I needed to rent a pickup for a little bit and thankfully Mall Drive had one available. Brittany was extremely polite and helpful and Frank is by far one to brighten even your worst days. That can have you laughing without really trying. Hands down, best location I’ve rented from this far and plan to again in the future.

The gentleman that works in the office was very nice and respectful. The office was very nice and clean and reasonable on the price. I also love the fact that the gentleman that works in the office lives there on the premises, which makes me feel very confident that all my valuables are in great hands. I would definitely recommend Midgard Self Storage.

I had a good experience while keeping my stuff here fair prices, clean facilities, etc. When I moved my stuff out I told them I wanted to pay everything off, anything I owed up to that point any fees for moving out early etc. I thought everything was taken care of until I get a notice on my credit saying I owed them money. I understand people make mistakes but they weren't even willing to remove any late fees for something that was their fault.

SO so pleased with the staff and customer service here. Leah and Dave both were extremely professional (and kind), with someone who is frazzled during a move. I never felt rushed. They answered all of my questions and were attentive and thorough without being overbearing.

Excellent customer service! My non profit uses them for our Uhaul rentals & storage. They are very accommodating & the prices are perfect for a small non profit budget. This is money saved that we can use to continue to serve the homeless. Amber is the best!!
