Ridiculous never have the size tire you need and of course you gotta drive 100 miles to find another tire ship smh! I hate the country these people are 20 years behind!

I don't know about underpaid, but they are certainly overworked. Still, despite having more demand than they can manage They keep a smile on their face and continually strive to get the job done. Janet at the front desk handles stress like spreading soft butter on hard bread. The guys in the back, despite sweat rolling off there brow and a day's look in their eye can still be heard cracking jokes and banging away to get the job done as quickly as possible while still delivering top notch service. Do yourself in them a favor, call ahead to schedule your work and you will not be disappointed.

My tire alert light was on and 3 of three gas stations air pumps were out .. another place on told me come back in n hour. I drove to Kilmarnock and was seen very quickly by William he was kind and courteous and they throughly checked for leaks and added the air required, They seem like nice people who care n get the job done .. that’s all I can ask for !

I've been going here for many years and never have had a bad experience. Wether it's new tires or getting a puncture fixed, everything is done promptly. This most recent time I was there, Janet ordered me two new tires and unfortunately only one showed up. Instead of making me wait until the other one arrived, she put the one on and said come back after the new one gets in and she'll put us in the front of the line, and she did. Again, always have had positive experiences.

Five stars! Excellent service. I got four new tires, and as I was leaving they called me to tell me my tail lights were out. They changed them right away, and when I went to pay they told me no charge!

I was in a bind with a big nail in my tire while on vacation in White Stone. They were very busy, but it didn't matter. They smiled and offered the best hospitality and customer service. Within 30 minutes my tire was patched and I was back on the road. Thank you Big L for your help, made it home safe!
