Best furniture store in Opelika, Alabama (AL) 2025

My daughter took me to Ashely HomeStore in Opelika where my sales associate, Whitney, was beyond helpful and very professional. My new living room sectional, chair, and table all collaborated well in what my daughter calls my "Queen Quarters." I absolutely love it all. I will definitely be going back. -Peggy McGee ~Ericka

Literally the worst customer service I have EVER had the displeasure of receiving. They are RUDE and won't answer the phone when they see your number calling in to try to pick up the product you paid for. Even after I called corporate, they hung up on their own corporate customer service agents. The woman that works there has NO customer service phone skills and it's a shame since she is the voice of their business. I will take my money and go elsewhere and I suggest you do the same until they clean house. I still have yet to receive my refund. Buyer beware ~Heather
