Best cell phone store in Wetumpka, Alabama (AL) 2024

This establishment is a joke. My mother's phone was set to Spanish language somehow. She took the phone back in and was told there was nothing they could do to convert it back to English. She even talked to the manager who was at the Prattville store at the time. The manager told her there was nothing they could do. She was told that she could purchase another phone. Fast forward, my mother called me, I googled the words in Spanish to get her into the the languages so that she could select English as her primary language. This is an example of poor quality customer service. If it were not for me, she would have been out of more money for no reason. I would advise anyone to think twice before getting service with this establishment. The only good quality you receive is when you exchange money from your hand to theirs. Otherwise a waste of service. Please go someplace else. ~Karen
