This establishment is a joke. My mother's phone was set to Spanish language somehow. She took the phone back in and was told there was nothing they could do to convert it back to English. She even talked to the manager who was at the Prattville store at the time. The manager told her there was nothing they could do. She was told that she could purchase another phone. Fast forward, my mother called me, I googled the words in Spanish to get her into the the languages so that she could select English as her primary language. This is an example of poor quality customer service. If it were not for me, she would have been out of more money for no reason. I would advise anyone to think twice before getting service with this establishment. The only good quality you receive is when you exchange money from your hand to theirs. Otherwise a waste of service. Please go someplace else.

Awful connections, they don't do much but sell messed up phone's, haven't worked right since I purchased it

My phone doesn't work at my home. They do not care. Owner was supposedly going to call or email , never did. When i can afford a new phone i will definitely leave this metro. Don't give this place your business. Owner only cares about money. Tried to return my phone after 6 days. They said it was too long and they wouldn't take it back even though there was less than an hr of talk time on it! Because it doesn't work at my home. No service, they don't care. Employee said next step was to contact owner... No way to contact owner, still waiting for then to call or email. Never been so displeased. Bought phone that is junk. Have to pay for service anyway and hope when I need it, it will work.
