Stay Away, this shop is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I took my Tesla in for minor repairs, when I went to pick up my vehicle I realized they caused a huge crack to my windshield. Michelle Wallace took photos and assured me that they would order the windshield right away after speaking to her supervisor. It's now been two months of back and forth that they would repair my windshield and I just received a call today that they were not going to repair my windshield because they claim my windshield "may" have been damaged prior when they have photos showing there was no previous damage. They tried to convince me to file a claim with my insurance carrier, and then they would repair. ~Cynthia
