8 Best auto repair shop in Glendale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

These guys are amazing! We pass up a lot of other businesses to come here because they are fair and treat their customers right. We asked them to do a service, but looking at our vehicle discovered we did not really need it. They called to say that it would not be fair to perform it since we really did not need it. It was a small service that they could have just done, but were honest and we appreciated it! ~Lori

I recently took my car here for an estimate on several things I needed done one of them was my air vents on the dashboard were not blowing air after their diagnostic that by the way is free they told me what it was and how much it was I decided to have it fixed by them after a day the vents were not working again so I gave them a call and they immediately told me to bring it back and they looked at it again and told me that the piece they had put in place failed and they were going to change it and so they did and now it works great! They also fixed the rear suspension shock on both sides! I did how ever still heard a noise again in the back so I gave them a call and I went today we took I took a ride with one of the technicians so he could hear what I was talking about and he said that the problem was my spear tire it was loose and yes it was so that was the noise! They were all attentive and nice heard all my concerns about the car they gave a full inspection and gave me several lost of things that need attention the service was great their prices are pretty competitive! Amazing experience. When I called to schedule my appointment they answered all of the questions that I had and we scheduled the appointment. When it came time for my scheduled appointment I went in and they said we were just trying to call you because we need to reschedule because we're down a technician and is there any way that we could reschedule you. I appreciate them doing that for the simple fact that I would much rather be rescheduled than have unrealistic expectations of when my vehicle will be done. I went in today a service my vehicle they did a thorough check the customer service was amazing and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I have taken many different vehicles over the past several years to this shop and I have never had a single bad experience! Let me start with this shop is FAST, I don’t think any of my cars have ever been there longer then 2 days even for very significant repairs. They have always been extremely honest and work really hard to get you the best price for what you are needing done. I am always contacted quickly with a price and timeframe for when the work will be completed. I also GREATLY appreciate the convenience of being able to drop my vehicle off after hours and leave the keys in the drop off box. I won’t take my cars anyone else! Thanks a million! Stay Away, this shop is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I took my Tesla in for minor repairs, when I went to pick up my vehicle I realized they caused a huge crack to my windshield. Michelle Wallace took photos and assured me that they would order the windshield right away after speaking to her supervisor. It's now been two months of back and forth that they would repair my windshield and I just received a call today that they were not going to repair my windshield because they claim my windshield "may" have been damaged prior when they have photos showing there was no previous damage. They tried to convince me to file a claim with my insurance carrier, and then they would repair. ~Cynthia

Never been mislead by the shop. They are trustworthy and honest. I was tired of getting ripped off by other mechanics. Give JP Spinwrench a try you'll not regret it. Keep up the good work ~john
