Amazing experience. When I called to schedule my appointment they answered all of the questions that I had and we scheduled the appointment. When it came time for my scheduled appointment I went in and they said we were just trying to call you because we need to reschedule because we're down a technician and is there any way that we could reschedule you. I appreciate them doing that for the simple fact that I would much rather be rescheduled than have unrealistic expectations of when my vehicle will be done. I went in today a service my vehicle they did a thorough check the customer service was amazing and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. They provided me with a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I’m getting ready to move back to Michigan so I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection of my vehicle. Gina was very friendly got me an appointment scheduled right away. When I showed up for my appointment at 10 AM they were already very busy but Gina acknowledged me right away and got me in on my schedule time. Danny did the oil change and inspection and he was very informative on what would need to be done to my vehicle to get ready for my trip with no pressure. Ricky was very helpful as well and pricing was great!! I definitely recommend Big Brand Tire and Service in Glendale.

Had a 4:00pm appointment for an oil change. Received a call from them at 10:40am this morning to confirm my appointment from Ricky, just to make sure I was going to the right location. I said yes, I said that I can come in early if that would be better. He said yes, that would be. What time works for you he said how about 1:00pm, sure I’ll see at 1: okay great. Got there around 12:35pm, was asked what can we help you with? Gave them my name and cell #. The lady looks me up, okay oil change and look at your break’s yes. Okay we wont get to it for a couple of hours. I told her that my appointment was change to 1: so you guys look at and do the oil change! She the lady, said when you make an appointment online there website it doesn’t work will! If you can’t leave then you’ll have to come back! I WON’T BE BACK! Been using Community Tires for years, worked with Pat and Howard for years with GPGLCC! New owners, miss the old owners!

This was my first visit to Big Brand Tire & Service and I would have to say I was very pleased. Ricky was very friendly and helpful. The work they did on my brakes was wonderful, almost feels and sounds like a new car. I would recommend family and friends.

Hardly do I ever take the time to write reviews but I had to say how much I appreciate what they did for me, I had my brakes replaced incorrectly was having trouble with my warranty and Rick, Lee and Glen. Update 4/30/21 Same story as before. Quality service with knowledgeable staff!!! Love this place! They are on the higher end of price but give excellent customer service! I went in to get some tires mounted and was very impressed with my overall experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on a unique alignment issue. My recommendation is strictly on quality of work and customer service. These guys know what’s up!
