Terrible service. Arrived for an oil change at 10:00am. Was told to leave car there, got a call 2 hours before they closed stating they won’t be able to do it. Whole day wasted. Went to jiffy lube down the street and was done in 30 minutes.

I was spoken down to in a condescending tone. The customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. Lost a lifetime big O customer to discount tire where I was treated with dignity and respect.

My wife and I have been taking all of our cars to this location for nearly 3 years. Victor and Phil are always very informative in what is wrong with our vehicles, the typical reasons for the issues being presented with the vehicle, and the different price options. The customer service and quality of work is fantastic. Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Keep up the great work BIG O!

I'm only putting 4 stars cause Victor deserves recognition. The technicians aren't the best but I don't blame them cause you can't find good help with what their getting paid. The MANAGER is a complete disappointment. I specifically requested twice to rotate my tires he even made notes but my tires were not rotated. The store needs better leadership and pride in what they do! After all it is a tire shop

Update: The owner responded below. I did what he instructed and still yet to have anyone contact me via email or phone. It is clear they are not interested in resolving the issue. I was going to get my tires rotated but I changed my mind. Here is why: Last December 2021 I bought brand new tires for my 1990 Cadillac. My tires have long stems because I have Cadillac hub caps. A few months after I bought the tires I discovered a huge error. Unfortunately, the technician failed to put long stems on the tires. My original tires had long stems, so my new tires should have had long stems. For some unexplained reason, the technician chose to give me tires with short stems! Which means, every time I want to put air in my tires I have to take my hub caps off. The other thing he did was put my hub caps on completely wrong. I went back to the shop to let the store managers know. I needed air in my tires. A nice technician named Nick took the hub caps off and put air in my tires. I told the store managers that when it was time for me to have my tires rotated that I would be back to get the correct stems put on. This week I was going to drop by the shop to get my tires rotated and get the correct stems put on my tires but I will NOT be going back and here's why. A few minutes ago I just got a call from my mechanic who is doing a vehicle inspection and some minor repairs. He said to me, "Whoever put tires on your car didn't torque and they cross threaded your lug nuts. There are a lot them not put on right." Some studs broke and other damage was caused due to the error. Upon hearing that I knew I wouldn't be going back to Big O Tires for anything--ever. I paid nearly $500 for: - Wrong stems, which causes inconvenience and hassle when trying to put air in my tires - Hub caps put on incorrectly - Cross threaded lug nuts, damage to studs, etc. Phil and Dave are very courteous but it is very disappointing that the technician who serviced my car back in December 2021 does really poor work, which cost the shop some business. I will never go back.

Went in for an oil change and called them 3 times every time I called they said it would take 30mintues. Finally arrive and pay 40$ To discover oil on my engine and they couldn’t even reset my oil light so I finally fixed it after putting 20miles on it.

This shop is amazing!!! I read a lot of bad reviews and couldn't understand why?...so i decided to check BigOTires out for myself. I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and my tire size is 205/65 R16 95H, I spent hours searching up a good company with great tires at an affordable price and warranty and kept getting ridiculous prices from big companies. Well baby let me tell you I received outstanding customer service..superb workmanship by the crew...fantastic tires..a great deal and some funny jokes 😂. Victor Diaz took very good care of my car. The tires selected were Aspen GT-AS...so far so good they sound amazing on the road and they feel comfortable on my car as I am driving. I was in and out within an hour!! Great work BigOTires love you guys

Well baby let me tell you I received outstanding customer service..superb workmanship by the crew...fantastic tires..a great deal and some funny jokes 😂. Victor Diaz took very good care of my car.
