This location ROCKS! Amazing service! I am traveling out of state. I had a repair appointment scheduled back home, but my brakes said nope! They got me in and out in under an hour. Where do I begin... I have been bring my vehicle here for a couple years now. Today was different. First, the "Bri"(newer front desk lady, walked in while we were standing there, no greeting, then she proceeded to walk into the office not acknowledging us at all. The owner/Gm then came in and she acted as though we had already been helped, saying "oh, I thought you had been helped."... why not ask?!?! Lazy and rude sum her up. Prices have gone up considerably here also. Once my oil change was completed, I was told my two front tires were balding, which makes ZERO sense if I bring my car to them(and only them) and have the tires rotated every time. The owner/Gm refused to listen making excuses as to why only my front tires are bad. Saying I shouldn't rotate every time or oh you need an alignment... Now on to my finances vehicle, they said no issues... well according to the paperwork there are no issues, but my fiance has knowledge in vehicles and said he knows there are things wrong with what they checked off as being good. Makes no sense. Basically, this location has lost a customer that has been going to them for awhile and a new customer as this was my finances first time. Could have gained a new customer. Instead you lose two. This used to be a good and honest place. Hate to say they have turned into every other place. Take care Midas on 60th Ave and Bell Rd. Services: Oil change, Tire rotations

Our experience with Rob and his mechanic was great! They thoroughly explained the work needed to be done and communicated with us throughout the process. They then took the time to follow up the next day to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was working smoothly. Easy to make appointment online for an oil change that fit my timeframe and I received email confirmation the next day. Very clean store. Tire inspection was part of standard oil change and they found issues with my tires that needed immediate fixing. There was No Pressure to purchase new tires from Midas. Instead, they recommended another tire shop that was a better fit for my budget. Will Definitely return to Midas for my next oil change. The team at this Midas is truly the most honest group when it comes to repairs on you car. I took my car to a dealership and was total that my repairs would cost $1,800 and then I was told about Rob Scheiffele and his team at Midas on Bell Rd. After they had a chance to look at my car they came back and told me that most of the things the dealership told me we’re wrong, weren’t actually broken. I ended up paying 3x less then what the dealership quoted me. If you are looking for honest shop and won’t take you to the cleaners, they are you team. Service: Engine repair

I had these guys do the replacement of the engine mounts on my 2004 scion xb. They did a great job as I could definitely feel the metal on metal sound from one of the mounts being cracked and vibrating the vehicle. They also did a couple more repairs on the house, i.e taking a crowbar to the custom exhaust and looking at the repair someone else did on the sway links which were installed incorrectly. I could have done the mount replacement myself and saved about $600 in labor but didn't realize at the time how easy it was. O well, good job either way. Service: Engine repair

These guys are amazing! We pass up a lot of other businesses to come here because they are fair and treat their customers right. We asked them to do a service, but looking at our vehicle discovered we did not really need it. They called to say that it would not be fair to perform it since we really did not need it. It was a small service that they could have just done, but were honest and we appreciated it!

When I got into my car early this morning, my front driver's side tire was very low but I had to rush off to a Dr's appt. After my appt, I was looking for a place to air up and drove to Midas on 60th Ave & Bell Rd. I've never been here, but Rob said drive up and we can check the air pressure. Good thing because I had a nail in it and I drive long distances! Rob's technician immediately patched my tire and I was off! I highly recommend this business due to excellent customer service and integrity!
