I was hearing a strange noise towards the rear end of my car. I have all my services done there so I made an appointment they checked everything out, drove it around to see if they could hear it as well, of course they didn’t. Lol said everything looked great and didn’t even charge me for the time (45 minutes) it took! Gary and Derrick are very polite and helpful. The guy who worked on my car was very thorough and polite as well. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Had a really good experience here. As a woman alot of mechanics make you feel less than and try to take advantage. Not here! They didn't try to oversell what was wrong with my car and fixed it quickly.

I went there for a Lyft inspection. You know, lights blinkers seatbelts and windows functionality. Generally its a quick walk around with a form being checked off. Well i looked away and next thing ya know..its driven up on the lift and ready to be raised up? Theres no need to look under my car or get in it and drive it! Its a brand new 2022 Chevy Trax. This place is always trying to upsell un needed services. Always get a 2nd opinion before hiring them. Last year i took my car yhere that overheated. I knew it was a thermostat but they insisted it needed a new head gasket for $1000!? Wrong! I took it to another place and replaced thermostat. Problem solved. Either they dont know what they are doing or they do and its not good! Buyer beware!

I recently took my car here for an estimate on several things I needed done one of them was my air vents on the dashboard were not blowing air after their diagnostic that by the way is free they told me what it was and how much it was I decided to have it fixed by them after a day the vents were not working again so I gave them a call and they immediately told me to bring it back and they looked at it again and told me that the piece they had put in place failed and they were going to change it and so they did and now it works great! They also fixed the rear suspension shock on both sides! I did how ever still heard a noise again in the back so I gave them a call and I went today we took I took a ride with one of the technicians so he could hear what I was talking about and he said that the problem was my spear tire it was loose and yes it was so that was the noise! They were all attentive and nice heard all my concerns about the car they gave a full inspection and gave me several lost of things that need attention the service was great their prices are pretty competitive! I will definitely go back! Jose was the tech who worked with me today he is great! They are all great!

This place was amazing from start to finish. Derek helped us out was knowledgeable and reassured me on this store from the first phone call. We arrived for our appointment and Derek greeted us in the parking lot by name. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of products and services we didn't need but let us know what was really needed and why. After 4pm when the guys were off the clock they stayed an extra two hours till the alignment was done (not because they lacked skills but because our truck is older and needs some serious work). Thank you Derek, Josh and Alex. We will definitely be back for other things when needed with complete confidence in Derek and his team here. Service: Tires

What a great crew at this shop! The manager Derek, was knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Josh and Alex stayed late on a Saturday evening in order to finish the work on my truck and able to drive home. I will definitely be using this shop again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable work done on their vehicles! And Gary... he should be fired. I've never seen someone so unhappy at a workplace in my life. Talking bad about the company you work for is never ok especially in front of customers. Friendly, fast service (much faster than expected). They performed exactly the services I asked for, which is very rare for a car shop these days. They advised me of other needed services but didn't hold up the original service to try to upsell me. This is also very rare to find these days. Very satisfied customer.
