I removed three outside door handles and two indoor handles. When I got home I realized they charged me for warranty for everything I bought. The clerk didn’t ask if I wanted warranty on parts. I called the Glendale location number. Operator told me it was optional. Check your receipt before you leave for the unwanted warranty charges. Trying to find my receipt then I will return. Waste of gas.

I have been going for many years. Always go look for good deals. Save money on parts. Recently was checked out by a rude cashier.i was purchasing doors. I had removed major parts from the doors already.I did not expect her to charge me for every piece of item on the vehicle doors. I politely removed the items on the door that will most likely be thrown out regardless? I was making sure she wasn’t charging me for warrantee. Simply making sure. That is all. After asking if she took it off , she answered rudely. I questioned her why she answered in a very rude way. Her response was due to “having character”. And as I walked away she still managed to finish off with “have a good day” In a rude sarcastic way . I should not be scared to ask questions and looked at in a bad way. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. Due to this, I will try to avoid going to this yard unless I really have to. And avoid this cashier.

Great place for parts. The staff are amazing and over the last 7- 8 years I keep coming back cause of the price and selection. Quirky staff and have had a few laughs and will keep coming back!

I like it cause it’s organized and very helpful service tell them your vehicle info and they direct you I love it, I was able to go in 10 minutes before they closed I just needed a sun visor which was two screws and they let me in awesome place will recommend to more people… I’ve been going for awhile now and always had great customer service. Even if they new hire teach em right and you will keep an awesome team.

This is the best junk yard I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to plenty! The staff is always friendly and expedient. The price’s are reasonable and they’ll even allow returns! Unheard of! If I were younger I’d love to work here.

It’s a wrecking yard. Very typical. Sort of high priced but they all are these days. I mean, you pay $200 for a car to put in your lot, rip the cat off and instantly regain $75 of that, then charge 15/tire, 55/bumper abd then it’s paid off. Why in gods name must we pay anything more than $20/part for anything else? UPDATE 4/2022: So they are checking bags hardcore on the way in, and any parts they find are put into a bag with your name written on it- that’s a great idea, as long as the customer remembers to pick it up when they live. Also, they are applying warranties to each part by default, so make sure you get warranties on the things you need and not for those you don’t. And they are starting to charge for parts of parts, like the bearing covers on wheels (the center cap, ya know, that comes with the wheels from factory and should be included with the wheel)($4, warranty extra $ auto- included, since it might not fit the wheel it’s already installed upon..) Check your receipt to make sure nothing was added “in error.”

I would have gave them a 5, but they now charge you for the 45 day warranty without asking you if you want to purchase it. They use to ask you and explain the risk if you do not purchase the warranty. I as a customer would liked to be asked if I would like to purchase the warranty. If I refuse to buy the warranty that is on me and I understood the risk not purchasing the warranty. I thought it was the cashiers job to ask if you want to purchase the warranty and not add it without telling you which happened to me the last few times I purchased parts from there. Maybe they do it because there is a bonus for each warranty they sell. If it is mandatory to purchase a warranty they should put it on the website and all the receipts when you get in the yard. In all the cashier should be asking if it's not mandatory.

Great selection of vehicles to get your car parts. Majority of the property is paved, unlike other locations, so you dont have to worry about mud n dirt. Big aisles with plenty of room to work. And cars are neatly arranged and easy to find. Best place to get used car parts!

First time coming to this location , it’s still $2 to get in gets you in other locations, place is nice !! I loved the set up on the wall with the break down of the vehicle!!! So helpful for customers. Please do not take parts in people!! There are signs otherwise you will be charged. It was a far drive for me BUT I picked up a part needed for my car!! So we’ll worth the drive.
