I brought in two vehicles to this shop and my money was basically stolen.Nothing was properly fixed. It took him nine months to let me know that he couldn’t fix it.After that my catalytic converter‘s are stolen and instead of helping me out by giving me his insurance information and dealing with the situation he threatens me with $1200 fee for having the van there ,a fee that was never discussed .When he worked on my other vehicle there was no storage fee But because I asked for his insurance information he threatened me with a bill basically

I have had an excellent experience here. Fantastic prices and very honest and very quick. Also It really stood out to me that he stopped his worked to come diagnose my vehicle. Most big places just tell you to drop it off and they will get to it and then just charge you $50 for a diagnosis fee.

JP Spinwrench Auto Repair in awesome! John who is the owner and master mechanic diagnosed a leaking water pump and oil pressure sensor valve and fixed my van the same day! I had it back in less than 5 hours! John is friendly, courteous, fair, timely and professional. After dealing with Moore Chrysler Jeep for the last 4 months and making specific multiple appointments they were too busy to find out why my check engine light was constantly coming on and my car was stalling. They never checked out my van to find out what the heck was wrong but, wanted to keep it for 3 days without offering a loaner for the inconvenience so I could get to work. I'll never go anywhere else now John has earned a loyal lifetime customer and I'll refer all my friends to him from here on out.
