My sister went to Gilbert’s to try on dresses. She ended up ordering a $2,100 dress in JUNE she realized after she didn’t care for. She then called to see if she can either exchange her dress or get a refund for the OVER PRICED dress they told her they couldn’t do it due to covid restrictions. we went by today and tried to see if they saw us in person that we were serious because who in the world would want to walk down the aisle with a dress you don’t like?! We walked in and talked to a lady about trying to get a refund and she then told us again that we couldn’t due to covid. we then tried to explain to her that it made no sense that if the dress still isn’t in the store or has she even seen the dress on her how would that have anything to do with covid. when the least they could do is give us a restocking fee. but they couldn’t do it “because of covid”.she then told us that some brides have done the same thing “but after they tried it on they fell in love again” i then say “she has tried on a different style at the different bridal shop and liked way better than the one she tried on here” she then made a shocked face. anyway. i would NOT recommend this place at all.

We had a lovely day trying on wedding dresses and MOB dresses at Bridals By Gilbert and we ended up finding the perfect dresses! We knew we were in a bit of a time crunch, so after determining what we thought we wanted, suggestions were made and the fun began! The staff was quite knowledgeable about their stock, what was available, how it could be altered, and what styles worked with our body type and personality! We loved the spacious room with a “stage” and ample mirrors. Overall, a wonderful experience! Maria pointed us to a selection of seamstresses for alterations and answered all questions, as well as suggestions for beautiful accessories. A positive and memorable day! A wonderful selection for all of your wedding needs!

They gave me the experience every girl dreams of when looking for a wedding dress!! Bridals by Gilbert made looking for my wedding dress so special. The consultants were so sweet and took everything I said I wanted into account when trying on dresses. There are so many beautiful dresses, I became torn between two dresses until the owner made some magic happen to make one dress perfect. I immediately knew that was the one. I got my wedding dress, my bridesmaid dresses, the men’s suits and registered here. The sweetest shop with the best people to help! I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I had to do it over again!!

Bridals By Gilbert and their employees were so helpful in helping me find my dream wedding dress. They pulled all the dresses I liked and then pulled dresses that they thought I would like, and to my surprise, they pulled my dream dress. They also dressed my mother, my stepmother, and my husbands stepmother for wedding day. I was also able to go back and find a jumpsuit to wear to my reception and a romper for my honeymoon. They had the perfect accessories from earrings to a bow tie for my husband. We can’t recommend BBG enough.

Bridals By Gilbert will always be my first choice for tux rentals or special gifts for my wife. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate and make the process easy and stress free. There have been numerous occasions where I have messaged them with a gift that I would like for my wife and upon arrival it is wrapped and ready for me to bring home. I highly recommend them to family and friends and will continue to do so. They have provided the tuxes for 2 other family members of mine and we all have been very happy with the process and fits on the tuxes. Not only did they make the process of finding a dress magical, they also went above and beyond when it came to my registry…they even met me half way with gifts for an out for town shower! I have used Bridals by Gilbert for many years when renting tuxedo’s and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Maria and her staff are always kind, helpful and go the extra mile to provide great customer service! My mom will be needing a dress for my upcoming wedding and I can assure you she wouldn’t think of purchasing her dress from anyone but Maria! If I could give them 10 stars I would because they have earned them every single time I or anyone in my family walks through the pink doors.
