Antwoun and the team were some of the most mannerable and friendly employees I have ever met in a Popeyes. We are from Chicago and have been to many restaurants. This one is number one!! Clean, great food and customer service!

I ordered my meal using the app. I ordered the 2 can dine which 5pc chicken, 2 sides, and 2 biscuits. I ordered spicy chicken but received mild. One of the chicken legs was burnt on one side. The Cajun rice was burnt. More honey on the outside of the pack than the inside of the pack. When I asked for my drinks that I ordered separately, the young lady looked at me like I was crazy. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Terrible service. Had to return both chicken sandwiches as they were old. The second set of chicken sandwiches were precooked and then dropped again in the grease to make them warm. Do not order here. Waste of money. Edited 6/24/22: We had a craving for good, southern fried chicken. We decided to give this terrible place a try again. BAD DECISION. We go through drive thru, dude says "the system is down". Fortunately a female who actually cared about customer service, came on the intercom and informed us the system was infact working. But, because of the dude (Albert is the name we were given), we decided to not give our money to this store. I love Popeyes. Not the Perry Popeyes tho.

Drive thru backed up with 8 to 10 cars so I walk in to order. With no acknowledgement from anyone for a few minutes then I'm told its drive thru only. What a joke!!! Doors weren't locked so management could dine in I assume.

Not as good as when it first opened. Chicken was overdone and dry. The workers are nice but always short staffed and often the wait time is outrageous.

Menu board not working so we did not know the options to eat. Haven't been here before. Service was fast but not friendly. Could not eat inside so we ate in the car. No big deal here, but no exterior trash cans. Diet Coke tasted like root beer. Doubt we'll go back. Pricey bill at $19 for a three piece chicken strip meal and a single chicken sandwich.

The only chicken place in town that NEVER has CHICKEN! Come on! Ordered a five piece tenders meal for lunch and it took 22 minutes of waiting in my car to get my order. My lunch break is 30 minutes so needless to say my meal went in the work fridge and ended up being dinner. I was given very few fries, and my “tenders” were merely a bunch of pieces of chicken, nothing tender-like about them. I’ll give this place ONE more go, but if they’re out of chicken sandwiches or strips again I’m giving up. The staff is always very unpleasant and wait times are terrible, even when the place is slow. Time to do better!

The dining room is still closed for sit down meals. When everyone is opening up they can not open their dining room, this is sad. We had to leave with our meals when we got home we realized we did not have any ketchup, thankfully we had some in the refrigerator. The food did taste good we asked for cocktail sauce and we did get it and we also asked for honey and did not get any. The inconvenience of not getting what we needed outweighed the taste of the food. We will not go back again until the dining room is open again.

How hard could it possibly be to work at Popeyes? Really. Order a five price strip meal with fries and two biscuits and I get a thigh and breast. Almost $20 for two pieces of chicken. I really don’t see how Popeyes franchises exist at this point. Now I understand why you see people fighting in Popeyes all the time!! Went back the next day and they made it right. But still though.

To be honest this isn’t a review about the quality of the food or the service of the employees. My issue with Popeyes on this particular day at this location was the price! I had taken my granddaughter to the orthodontist and after dropping her off at school I went out of my way to get some good Popeyes fried chicken. I ordered two (2 pcs.) of fried chicken, 2 sides on each order and 2 drinks. She told me to pull around to the window. Anticipating about $18-$20 I was floored when she said my order was $26 plus some change! What the heck! Thirteen dollars an order. I was almost speechless but when I asked if she was sure of the cost I graciously declined to make the purchase. I was disappointed that I didn’t get Popeyes but was proud of my self discipline. Later that evening at the local Kroger I bought a box of 8 pcs of chicken and 1 side item for 10.79. I was already disappointed with Popeyes for dropping their Cajun rice from the menu and went from being a weekly customer to 2-3 times a year. I still like Popeyes bone-in chicken but this price gouging (Biden inflation, corporate greed, supply chain issues, gas prices, all the above!)has me becoming a 0 to zero times a year Popeyes non-customer!! My opinion. 😀
