The staff were very friendly we always go on a Friday so of course you will have a bit of a wait but not that long everybody wants the least expensive and hot and ready on the weekends

Pulled up to the drive thru at 940pm. 2 cars ahead of me, I was the last vehicle in line. There was a significant delay, and I finally reached the window at 10pm with 1 car ahead being served. The window employee served the car, intentionally did not look back or make eye contact with me then Closed the window and walked away. I sat at the window for 5 minutes realizing she was gone. Another vehicle then drove up behind me and i sat a few more minutes. As I finally pulled off realizing she was not coming to back, I see her open the window and apparently tell the man they were closed, because I braked when I saw here, but then noticed he was waiting for me to pull off. I understand employees want to go home when their shift is done, but this was a display of a total lack of customer service. Simply advising me they were closed, tired, out of pizza or whatever would have been better than just running away leaving me sitting there. Especially when they saw that I was in line for 20 minutes waiting, before they closed.

We have been out and about on three separate occasions and tried to call in our order. This place needs a better phone system! We may not frequent here any more. I’m sure they could careless at that. Sad!

We called to place an order multiple times while we were driving but they did not answer our call. We stopped by anyway as the place is a very short distance from I-75. We waited about two minutes by the drive through window. A lady came and said we would have to wait around half an hour. When asked why they did not pick up our call, the lady said their phone does not ring. I wonder why they did not fix their phone.

Called in order, went to the drive through to pick it up and had to wait for 15 mins to get to the window with only one car in front of me. Had to wait another 20 mins after we paid for it. The girl working the drive through was very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills!

Clean store. Very friendly employee. Didn't wait to long for 3 pizza but they did get one pizza wrong. But the pizza tasted really good.

I ordered online for pickup. I ordered a build you own pizza. I asked for stuffed crust with pepperoni, sausage, olives, and mushrooms. I didnt get stuffed crust. It was almost thin crust. They didn't have everything ready for pick up like they said. We also had to wait for the regular pepperoni pizza. That would be fine if it wasn't the most made pizza there.

2 pizzas in a row. A week apart. They sent an email saying the pizza was ready, walked inside and they said it'd be another 5 minutes. It was actually another 15 min. 5 meat large pizza is burnt. Not cut all the way through. The first time, I got cheese sticks but they forgot to give the sauce I bought. 2nd time they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheese sticks.
