I am moving to Georgia and I choose Perry dialysis center because of their reviews and yes they live up to their ratings they do a excellent job when I came in the door they took care of me and it feel like. As expected. Sometimes friendly sometimes not. I was in 2 days ago everyone was friendly and helpful. Went in yesterday (6-12-20.) and the only friendly person was the lady working on the cash register. She is always so sweet. ~Roxie

Pulled up to the drive thru at 940pm. 2 cars ahead of me, I was the last vehicle in line. There was a significant delay, and I finally reached the window at 10pm with 1 car ahead being served. The window employee served the car, intentionally did not look back or make eye contact with me then Closed the window and walked away. I sat at the window for 5 minutes realizing she was gone. Another vehicle then drove up behind me and i sat a few more minutes. As I finally pulled off realizing she was not coming to back, I see her open the window and apparently tell the man they were closed, because I braked when I saw here, but then noticed he was waiting for me to pull off. I understand employees want to go home when their shift is done, but this was a display of a total lack of customer service. Simply advising me they were closed, tired, out of pizza or whatever would have been better than just running away leaving me sitting there. Especially when they saw that I was in line for 20 minutes waiting, before they closed. ~Audria

The only chicken place in town that NEVER has CHICKEN! Come on! Ordered a five piece tenders meal for lunch and it took 22 minutes of waiting in my car to get my order. My lunch break is 30 minutes so needless to say my meal went in the work fridge and ended up being dinner. I was given very few fries, and my “tenders” were merely a bunch of pieces of chicken, nothing tender-like about them. I’ll give this place ONE more go, but if they’re out of chicken sandwiches or strips again I’m giving up. The staff is always very unpleasant and wait times are terrible, even when the place is slow. Time to do better! ~TJ

On May 19th, I went through the drive-thru and wasn't greeted but told to order when ready. Advised what I wanted & was told to pull around. Arrived at the window and my order wasn't correct but the young lady corrected it. They forgot my daughter's Strawberry Sunday but realized it was already made & on the counter. Arrived at home in Fort Valley only to find our burgers were incomplete (no lettuce, bacon wasn't cooked, and given too many onions) and sloppy. Called but no one answered & didn't want to drive the 15-20 mins back to Perry. The entire drive-thru and cooks need to be retrained. ~Shonitra

When I called in my order, the girl on the phone sounded really rude and I could barely hear her. But when I arrived to the place I understood why. They definitely are busy and need to hire more staff. They also need a bigger place to work out of because this place has some amazing food. Loved the gizzards, chicken, fried okra, and fried pickles. I wish they offered country white gravy with their gizzards or mash potatoes but still amazing. I highly recommend. It’s worth the wait. ~Destiny

I visited this gym to workout while I was in GA and I just want to say how great this place is! The Staff were so friendly and welcomed me into a yoga class. The facilities were clean and the equipment was great. I love how they have different fitness classes throughout the day and many amenities including a tanning bed. I wish I could take this gym back with me! I look forward to visiting it again! ~Kay

I am very upset with all the run around. I have living room suit and one of the recliner is broke. They claimed they ordered the part it has been 4 mths and still haven't seen anyone. But you always take my payment out when it's due. I have paid off one thing from y'all and got more stuff and y'all do this and don't call or anything. Now it's going on3 weeks since y'all picked up my mower because it wouldn't start. And still nothing.. This is not right!!!!! ~mary

CHECK YOUR MEDS!! Yesterday I was given a controlled substance that I had to sign off and show ID for my son’s medicine. Got home gave him his meds (this was a new medication first time dose) several hours later I’m informed by the pharmacy they have given me someone else’s medication in our pharmacy bag! ~Kelly
