I told that my delivery would be to my house at a certain time , I called and I received very arrogant response to my concern about the delivery ,the young that answered the phone was like she could have cared less about me calling and asking about my delivery . I really pray they get it together. Your word is all u have in this world so say what u mean and mean what u say .

I am very upset with all the run around. I have living room suit and one of the recliner is broke. They claimed they ordered the part it has been 4 mths and still haven't seen anyone. But you always take my payment out when it's due. I have paid off one thing from y'all and got more stuff and y'all do this and don't call or anything. Now it's going on3 weeks since y'all picked up my mower because it wouldn't start. And still nothing.. This is not right!!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The dude in there is so rude and he doesn’t know what he is doing. He will call you randomly and tell you one thing then when you go in there someone else is telling you he is wrong and have to redo your stuff. Never again will I go back if that dude is in there.

I love coming here sometimes I just go in and talk to the staff they are down to earth and it’s cool to actually have that instead of customer service robots. Billy is the manager and he is a damned saint. But don’t just take my word for it go see for yourself!
