Came in for a simple tire patch expecting to pay through the nose for it and to wait at least a day or so. Technicians and the front desk were both extremely polite and quick getting my tire patched and it was done the same day. 10/10 would and will recommend.

Don’t go here they are crooked and will take advantage of you. Brought my vehicle here with a engine coolant leak they told me I needed my water pump replaced and quoted me $4000. I took it elsewhere and found out the water pump was FINE I just had to have a cap replaced that cost me $45

I can’t stress this enough!!! Don’t go ANYWHERE except this place!! They are ALL amazing here. I am so glad that I decided to go to this location and tire shop! They helped me get my stranded daughter back in her car and they where very professional!! It was a very family oriented environment and when we where done my daughter was in tears at how kind they where to her helping her and explaining the process to get it fixed. She said that people are never that patient with her and it was absolutely a refreshing day!! Thank you Pep boys for giving us amazing service!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!

I would have given 6 stars, but you only had 5. My wife and I were traveling form Baton Rouge, La. to Louisville, Ky. Unfortunately, as I loaded our car for an early morning start, I discovered I had a flat tire. Fortunately a Pep Boys in Madison, Kentucky, was only 100 yards away. I explained to the service manager my need to get on the road to watch my grandson playing in a baseball tournament in Louisville. In less than thirty minutes, the service manger wished me safe travels and enjoy my grandson"s games. The service tech that repaired my tire assured me he inspected all four tires and I was good to geaux. It's great to see great service still exists in America and Pep Boys. Thank you.

Stopped by to get tire pressure checked and no appt was needed. Hunter/Fletcher was awesome…quick, efficient, pleasant, and very professional. He even checked my tire sensors and quoted a price for the same service far below what the dealership quoted me. I made an appt. and will return for that service.

I wanted Continental tires and Morgan was able to locate them and have them ready for install the next day. I dropped the car off in the morning and they got them installed ahead of schedule with no issues. Morgan was able to get me a great deal on the tires and so far they are performing well.

Long story short, this is the first time I’ve ever made this kind of purchase, I have no idea what I needed (other than tires), and was extremely nervous about having to start this process. Morgan (the young woman upfront with the cool crystals and penny dream catcher earrings) was SO SWEET. She explained things to where I could understand, consistently friendly with me and everyone else I saw her interact with, and was a joy to chat with. She needed up quoting me on tires and gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. She made me want to come back for other services they provide! Gotta give a shout out to Joe (the gm i do believe) Bc he was just as friendly as well. Also props to the two technicians that went out to my car like twice to double check what they had already serviced. Thank y’all for making this experience as nice as possible so far!!!

Went in December about my Heat, I was given an estimate of around $600. I told them I would return to get it fixed. I came back in February, I was quoted almost $1300 more. I purchased 4 new tires and an oil change for a road trip, and reluctantly approved them to fix my heat. After not being called to be updated on the repair I went up to the store and told them don't worry about fixing the heat. Luckily they couldn't find the parts so they hadn't started fixing anything, but had removed my glovebox. The next morning it was 77 degrees outside and my Air, which was working perfectly fine no longer worked! The following day, before I got on the road my car was beeping and it was because my brake fluid was bone dry. According to my paperwork my fluid levels were fine, which was a LIE! Not to mention 4 hours into my road trip my car started making a humming noise so I checked my fluids, and I needed transmission fluid!! I added some while traveling with 4 children Alone, and everything was fine. I called for 5 days with no answer and when someone did answer I let him know to have chase call me about my air not working when nothing had been worked on. Never received a call back! I have been a faithful Pep Boys customer no matter what state I live in, but this is by far the worst experience I have had with this company! I will not be returning and I urge anyone thinking about coming to this location, to find somewhere else to service your vehicle!
