Took my truck in for an oil change as I have done for 2 1/2 years. Either the service tech the last time or the tech this time ruined my drain plug. Service manager lied that this happened all the time because of how cheaply made the pan and drain plugs are. Funny thing is, if this was such a common thing there would be all sorts of complaints online. I could find zero evidence of this. They had to replace the oil pan and drain plug. They were “nice enough” to not charge for the labor but I had to pay $343 for the parts for their screw up. I have bought 5 cars from them in the past 15 years and have 5 vehicles currently I was getting serviced there. Not anymore.

Woody Anderson awesome. Jerry m. 5 star store manager. Call him. Matter hours he set up whole process. Arrived and car we wanted were waiting for us. Less than 30 mins we brought car. Top notch service and process.

Not efficient, Poor Communication and rascals LOOKING for things to charge old ladies and housewives. A complete joke. We need another Ford Service Center in Huntsville to counter the ineptitude of Woody Anderson's two locations.

I have a Ford F150 and a Toyota Sienna serviced here regularly. Dealing with them is a much more pleasant experience than dealing with the Toyota dealership down the road.

Would not recommend there service. One of the employees decided he wanted to rev my car and take off throught parking lot after I came in for an oil change.

I have been coming to Ford in Madison for over 21 years. When Leon was the service manager, they were oustanding! This new group is horrible! I went in on a Monday and ordered a tire and was told by the service manager that he could get it Tuesday at 1100 and that it was coming from Montgomery. I called on Tuesday and the other gentlemen on the front desk said it wasnt there and it would be there at 1100 on Wednesday and it was coming from Birmingham. I called again at 1100 today (Wednesday) and the service manager went to parts and came back and told me it hadnt been ordered! I asked him how 2 folks, over 2 days, kept going back to parts and the parts guy said he didnt order! How does that happen! The service manage said it was "My Bad" and didnt offer to help in anyway or even say when the tire could get there! That was the last straw for both Woody Anderson locations, I will go out of town to by my cars and trucks. Horrible!!!!

As usual, Woody Anderson Ford has met or exceeded my expectations! This was my first time going to the Madison location, but I felt like I was at the main location. The staff was professional and friendly, the atmosphere was easy and quiet, and the service on my vehicle was second to none. The stigma of going to the dealership and overpaying is no longer a thing, and if you aren't getting your vehicle services here, you're not getting the best! And they will service vehicles other than Ford, so come on, come all!!!

I got a Ford F-150 from Woody Anderson of Madison a few months ago,it was supposed to be a certified vehicle but they lied to me,it has major issues,not only did they fail to mention anything but they told me it went through a full inspection and it was really good,I did not get extended warranty that's on me, but this issues were already there we they sold it to me and told me it was a certified vehicle,now this is gonna cost a lot of money. Very disappointing experience coming to this dealership.

Recently I purchased a 2018 F150 from Woody Anderson Madison. Drew Kennedy provided an awesome buying experience. I've dealt with Woody Anderson Ford for over 20 years. I've always had great buying experiences with them. I highly recommend Drew Kennedy. My truck had been smoked in by the previous owner. Woody Anderson applied the Ozone treatment. Ozone treatments are not miracle cures for smoke odors. It takes multiple interior cleanings and time to dissipate smoke odor.
