Best oil change service in Madison, Alabama (AL) 2024

Went in December about my Heat, I was given an estimate of around $600. I told them I would return to get it fixed. I came back in February, I was quoted almost $1300 more. I purchased 4 new tires and an oil change for a road trip, and reluctantly approved them to fix my heat. After not being called to be updated on the repair I went up to the store and told them don't worry about fixing the heat. Luckily they couldn't find the parts so they hadn't started fixing anything, but had removed my glovebox. The next morning it was 77 degrees outside and my Air, which was working perfectly fine no longer worked! The following day, before I got on the road my car was beeping and it was because my brake fluid was bone dry. According to my paperwork my fluid levels were fine, which was a LIE! Not to mention 4 hours into my road trip my car started making a humming noise so I checked my fluids, and I needed transmission fluid!! I added some while traveling with 4 children Alone, and everything was fine. I called for 5 days with no answer and when someone did answer I let him know to have chase call me about my air not working when nothing had been worked on. Never received a call back! I have been a faithful Pep Boys customer no matter what state I live in, but this is by far the worst experience I have had with this company! I will not be returning and I urge anyone thinking about coming to this location, to find somewhere else to service your vehicle! ~Jocelyn

As usual, Woody Anderson Ford has met or exceeded my expectations! This was my first time going to the Madison location, but I felt like I was at the main location. The staff was professional and friendly, the atmosphere was easy and quiet, and the service on my vehicle was second to none. The stigma of going to the dealership and overpaying is no longer a thing, and if you aren't getting your vehicle services here, you're not getting the best! And they will service vehicles other than Ford, so come on, come all!!! ~Will

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation (8/29/22), for one of our vehicles. Those nice folks checked out a lot of other things, and, insured that fluid levels were topped-off! My wife and I, recently moved to the greater Huntsville, AL area, from Utah. We're really happy that we have a tire store that we can feel confident in and know they'll take care of us and ensure our vehicles are always, "road ready".
